Elizabeth was relieved to hear that. “Be good. I’ll bring you something delicious later.”
What a willful guy. How can he think of getting discharged from the hospital when his eyes are in that

After hanging up her phone, she noticed that she had’a couple of missed calls, which were all from
Matthew. At once, she called him back.
The call went through almost immediately. “Ms. Wade, it’s me, Esnie.”
