James.
The sight in-front of me made me want to wrap my mate in my arms.
Her flawless skin, paled by every whip mark that could possibly fit on that petite body of hers, the scars
embedded on her long, flawless legs.
I wanted to howl in pain, whilst cringing at the same time. Her long brown hair, now cut at a strange
angle, was matted to the time where you couldn't see her face. The growl that rippled out of my throats
is what surprised me the most however. A growl so fierce half the world of the werewolf population
probably heard it. My poor mate, almost lifeless.
The guard that was guarding her cell whimpered but ran to 'protect' her. Oh hunny, she belongs to me,
no one needs to protect her from her own loving mate. Who, oh yeah, who hasn't seen her in around a
year too.
I felt my wolf ripping at the surface to be let out, he wanted to be the one who ripped those guards into
pieces mercilessly.I gladly let him, he was my best bet at saving Bloom. That was the last I could
remember before I blacked out completely. My wolf wanted blood, rogue blood!
Bloom
I instantly recognised the voice calling out for me. I had been drugged, loaded with wolfsbane before
they attempted, key word, attempted, to drag me out the disgusting building. Succeeding not may I say.
"Bloom, honey, come to me, I need to speak with you my dear." The soft voice calmly whispered. The
voice echoed in my surroundings.
It sounded so calming, reassuring, I walked towards the light where I assumed I could find the voice. It
kept whispering to me. Urging me to keep moving forward.
The voice suddenly stopped, as if it could feel my presence stalking closer. “TikTok. TikTok. TikTok.”
Starting up again, the voice continued to tick, like it was counting down any time I had left. It sounded
kind of like what I imagine the devil would sound, if the devil was in my head.
The voice was coming closer to me, it sounded as if it was fighting with something, or someone.
Soon the whole world just went black. The new way I was used to things being. Dotting my vision
before leaving me breathless.
My eyes ached to open, however they just couldn't. I heard another voice in my head, no wait, this one
was outside my head. It sounded pleading, crying, begging almost.
The voice was warming and I felt tingles rush through my body. I knew where I was, I knew who was
talking.
-James.-
My wolf instantly went to the nearest guards throat, there was blood everywhere but the guards kept
coming. Pathetic. One by one they all tried to take me on in vain of course, and guess what? They all
lost. Slowly my wolf gave me back control as he hid in the deepest depth of my consciousness.
He was satisfied with the amount of blood he had spilled. Ripped from their veins and arteries.
I ran into the room that I could sense Bloom was in. She was lying there, whimpering like a wounded
puppy. She was still asleep though so it must have been a dream.
Aiden was still out there, wreaking masses of disorder on innocent people, so I ordered my Beta and
my third to gently take Bloom out of here and to the pack hospital.
I ran to find that disgrace of a man, lycanthrope, whatever you want to class him as and kill him.
Actually, scrap that. I was going to torture him to death.
~3 hours later~
Finally. I actually successfully killed him. He's out of mine and Blooms life for good. I tortured him as,
exactly as I said, promised, I would. He wouldn't stop talking about how beautiful she was. How glossy
and pretty her hair was. How doll-like her eyes were. On and on and on. Not that I'm saying she isn't
but it gets to a point where it’s glaringly obvious why he’s doing that.
I ran to my castle as fast as I could to get to Bloom before she woke up. My Beta had mind linked me
earlier to say she was safe, but not quite awake. As soon as I got back I ran into the shower. I was
covered in sweat and blood from head to toe. What a great combination! The perfect attire to greet
someone who’d been locked away for so long. As soon as I showered, which actually took ages, I
rushed to the hospital with one thought in my head. Bloom.
