After such an embarrassing situation last night, Nicole tossed and turned on the bed until midnight before
she could fall asleep.
However, she was a president of a company, so she would not become so delirious just because of a
kiss that she could not leave the house.
Nicole promised to take Lil Michael to school with Clayton, so she postponed her morning meeting.
She set an alarm clock and went out with a clear head as soon as it was time.
When the Sloan father and son arrived, Nicole smiled at Clayton and knelt down to greet Lil Michael.
“Good morning, new student!”
Lil Michael thought of last night’s scene and felt disheartened.
However, when he thought about his father’s warning earlier, Lil Michael still forced a smile no matter
how bitter his heart was. The smile was formal and very perfunctory.
“Good morning, Pretty Lady…”
Lil Michael’s heart was still uncomfortable. ‘Pretty Lady said that she’ll wait for me to grow up. How did
she suddenly fall for my old Daddy? Pretty Lady didn’t keep her promise!’
Nicole expected that Lil Michael would not be happy about what happened, but she did not expect that

Nicole stroked the boy’s head. “When we get to school later, if you don’t like it, just say s

Lil Michael’s eyes lit up and nodded.
‘Now, that’s a happy face.’ Nicole thought as she took Lil Michael’s hand and led him to the car.
Lil Michael looked sorrowful as he sat in the car and listlessly bowed his head. Nicole ate the breakfast
that Clayton brought her and was enjoying it.

Not long after, Clayton handed over a bottle of milk. “Eat slowly. Be careful, don’t choke.”
Nicole smiled and took the milk from him.
When their eyes met, there seemed to be sparks colliding.
Nicole hurriedly averted her gaze. ‘Lately, Clayton has been trying to seduce me every chance he gets! I
can definitely tell!
They arrived at the school.
Nicole looked at this private elite international school. It was beautiful and grand.
This school was extremely low-profile in West City, but everyone in the circle who had some family
background wanted to place their children here. Thus, the comprehensive assessment for school
admissions was also very strict.
The faculty and environment here were unbeatable.
Of course, the tuition fees were also ridiculously expensive.
It was no surprise that Clayton chose this school.
In the beginning, several teachers met with Clayton individually. He came out after a few words.
