When cold wine flowed down Adina‘s throat, she finally felt better.
Duke also coincidentally returned following his conversation on the phone, so Adina started to operate
the simulation system. “After the sports car is installed with this smart system, it will reach the realm of

Adina‘s throat felt a little hoarse, so she took another sip of the wine. She spoke for a while before her

she should not be feeling that hot. “Ms. Daugherty, why do you seem unwell?” Trent blinked. “Should
we just end here for today?” Adina could feel her forehead becoming beaded with sweat. She pursed
her lips and said, “I have to visit the restroom first. Please give me a few minutes.” She got up and left
the private room. As soon as she stepped out, there was a huge wave, so the cruise lurched a bit.
Adina could not stand firmly; and she nearly fell down. She supported herself on the railing and rested
for a while before she quickly walked into the restroom. She turned on the tap and patted her neck with
some cold water. Only then did she feel a little sober. Just as she turned around and was about to go
back to the private room, she felt some heat in her body.
It was an extremely familiar sensation! Five years ago, at her ́18th birthday party, her stepmother had
handed her a glass of wine. After she drank it, the same kind of heat filled her body like waves. Had
she been drugged again? She had only drunk a glass of wine the entire time she was on the cruise.

Had Trent drugged her? Adina‘s flushed face showed a terrifying coldness. She took a deep breath and
clenched her fists tightly. She slowly room in her high heels.

She did not have a firm footing and accidentally bumped into the person. It was a middle–aged man in
his thirties. He was slightly chubby and wearing glasses. He looked like a successful businessman.
“Sorry…” Adina apologized hoarsely.
Those who attended the cruise party were not normal people. The middle–aged man did not mind it
either. He turned around and was about to leave. However, when he heard Adina‘s voice, he instantly
stopped moving. He stared at Adina‘s face in disbelief. This woman looked exactly the same as the
woman who had shown up in his room five years ago. The man instantly grabbed Adina‘s wrist. “I‘ve
finally found you.” Adina immediately moved out of his grip. When she exerted herself, she felt very
dizzy, and her knees went weak.
She supported herself on the railing and took a step back. However, the man walked forward, spread
his arms, and locked her in a small space. “Five years ago, you looked just as delirious when you were
sent into my room. I‘ve been looking for you for so long.” The man slowly reached out to lift the hair that
fell on her ears.
Over in the private room… “Duke, she isn‘t back yet. Did something happen to her?” Trent lazily said
after he drank the glass of wine in his hand. Duke frowned slightly. That woman had been gone for ten
minutes.
