"How about I assign several people to conduct a search at your house?” Terry sounded icy.
“Auguste was cheated over a few decades because he couldn't understand the accounts, but this
doesn’t mean I’m as ignorant as him! I can turn a blind eye to the money you've misappropriated when
Auguste was in power. But you've embezzled a billion dollars within a month since I took over
Auguste's position. This will make up a total of ten billion dollars in a year! It's no wonder the Black
Party is getting worse every day. it's all because of people like you committing such a deed in the
middle of it!" Elder Dorien was caught off guard.
Terry's words stabbed him like an ice dagger. Elder Dorien could not find an excuse to defend himself,
and he was so scared that he trembled uncontrollably. Meanwhile, Elder Murphy who had been
standing by the side went up to them.
“Is there any misunderstanding?” he asked calmly. Elder Elliot followed suit.

sum of money.” Terry looked at them.

flung several stacks of documents placed on the pillow next to him at their faces.

amounting to hundreds of millions of dollars. Elder Murphy, I suppose you've given your consent in
silencing this matter?”
"Elder Elliot, you're in charge of reconstructing buildings that were destroyed in Hestia Border. The
civilian building on the southeast has been under construction for three years and is still unsafe for
residents to stay in. As a result, many people live on the streets. How are you going to explain that?"
Elder Murphy and Elder Elliot sweated under Terry's interrogation.

couldn't afford to pay back even a penny. Elder Dorien was about to say something when Elder Felix
tugged on his sleeve.
The master bedroom fell silent. Terry looked at them one by one.
“Elder Brody, you'll be in charge of the financial matters from now on. Elder Calvin, you'll oversee the
town construction project.” Elder Calvin and Elder Brody were the youngest elders of all. They did not
have any power. Thus, they were over the moon when Terry assigned such important jobs to them.
“Noted. We won't let you down,” they intoned respectfully. The meeting lasted for two hours. The elders
sweated helplessly after they left the master bedroom. Elder Brody and Elder Calvin looked happy.
When Elder Dorien saw them, he snorted.
"Don't forget that Elder Maurice is the one who promoted you two. You are betraying him if you work for
Terry.” Elder Calvin said indifferently, “Terry is the leader of the Black Party. It's our duty to serve him.”
"Elder Dorien, it's best that you raise one billion dollars as soon as possible, then hand the money to
Mr. Terry," said Elder Brody.
“If he gets angry, you'll face severe consequences.” After saying that, they left in a hurry. Elder Dorien
was so angry that he nearly suffered a stroke.
“Dorien , don't worry.” Elder Murphy went up to him.
