like to invite you to an afternoon tea. I was wondering if you are free, Ms. Daugherty?”
Adina raised her wrist and glanced at her watch. “Sorry, Mr. Jones. I‘m very busy.”
“Then, do you need my help?” Dillon spoke cautiously. “I just
saw the news and realized that you might be in a bit of trouble. Don‘t get me wrong. I just feel like we
have some chemistry together. I want to help you.”
