Isobel understood Winnie’s helplessness, after all, she had been there. She said a few words to
comfort Winnie and also to make her relax.
Isobel continued.
"Every bad thing has a positive side. Don't dwell on the negative side. Your mother lived a few days
longer because of your surrogate. Vanessa is sitting here healthily because you made efforts. And
Luke is good now. Everything is worth it."
"And now, Rufus is fighting for you, even though his father is preventing you from raising your two
children. Don't lose confidence, we still have hope."
Isobel had been like this for so many years. When Winnie could not hold up, when Vanessa was tired
of studying, she always could say a few positive words and make them full of energy.
Her words made Winnie and Vanessa able to carry on and feel warm in hearts.
This was why Winnie sent a message asking Isobel to come back. Her confidence was insufficient, she
could not hold on, and needed her aunt to cheer her up and to give her courage to continue to hold on.

everything.

"Break up with him. If we can get the children back, it is the best. Felix won't let Brian to be with you."
"The Bennet family is complex. People like us can't survive in their family, as Vanessa said. So break
up and don't get yourself in trouble."
Isobel still opposed. If Winnie wanted to live a safe life, she could not be together with Brian, and Brian

Isobel continued to persuade Winnie. She did not want suffering to continue and did not want to be
involved with the Bennet family.
"Aunt, I understand. I know it's impossible for me and Brian to be together. Such a noble family is
