Davian frowned. “Not to be rude, Ms. Becker, but it was just a fall. Why are you in a wheelchair? No
wonder Mr. Kooper keeps saying that you’re pretentious. Being in a wheelchair is so inconvenient.”
Kisa knew that Gilbert must have been in the car when it was about to hit her upon hearing these

Kisa ignored his whine but still rolled the window up a bit. She leaned out the window and asked,
“You’re the one who almost hit me with a car this afternoon, right?”
