“It doesn’t matter. Just buy it for the time being. Once we have a stable demand, we’ll raise silkworms
ourselves and produce our own silk,” Jenny said.
Jade was surprised by her idea. “Wouldn’t that be too much trouble? We don’t have the experience or
space for that.”
“Have you forgotten about Orchid Village?” Jenny grinned. Once everything was running smoothly, she
would get the silk from Orchid Village, which would help the villagers make money.
Jade gave her a thumbs up, saying, “Your foresight is amazing.”
“Exactly, that’s why you shouldn’t worry too much,” Jenny said, patting her shoulder. She had full trust
in Jade’s abilities.
After discussing work, Jade pulled Jenny to sit on the sofa and asked, “Are you serious about bringing
Felicity to work here, or did you do it for your uncle’s sake?”
“If she performs well, then yes. I was serious about it. If she doesn’t…” Jenny was silent for a moment,
