Jenny could tell that he was still angry.She was exasperated.
"Not him.Your injuries." Evan said nothing.
She continued, "I know you don't like Alec, but Dr.Gaarder is truly a specialist in his field.He's seriously
amazing.I hope you'll let him examine you.Maybe there's a chance for you to recover after all."
"Is Alec that nice? Jenny, you know of the animosity between us.I don't trust him,"Evan said.
"He just wants you to recover quickly."
Jenny knew Alec's character very well.He wanted Evan to get better quickly so she would not have to
stay by his side forever.
She believed that Alec was not harboring any ill intentions.
However, talking sense into Evan would prove to be a challenge.
Evan looked at Jenny and asked, "Would you leave me if I never recovered?"
"Evan..."
Jenny was at a loss for what to say.
"Just answer the question,"

Evan no longer said anything about refusing.He just wanted to delay the treatment.

Jenny smiled at her from the bottom of her heart.
She didn't say much to Derrick.
She knew that McKenna had a jealous streak.
