Jenny bit her lip. If she had known that Alec had gone prepared, she wouldn’t have gone.
She looked at him, still feeling angry. “Who said I was there to look for you? Couldn’t I just be going
there for the fun of it?”
“Fine. I guess.” Alec didn’t want to press the topic.
