“Just call me Grandpa Lancer,” Old Master Lancer said with a smile.
There was an air of affinity all over the old master’s body, which made Rosalie feel warm. She smiled
and greeted, “Hello, Grandpa Lancer.”
Old Master Lancer nodded with a smile and went straight to the point. “I asked you out today because I
heard from Xander yesterday that you performed brilliantly at the free clinic. So, I wanted to have a
chat with you.”
Rosalie nodded obediently to indicate that she was listening carefully.
“From what I heard from Xander, the acupuncture method you used isn’t the same as the one
commonly used today. It’s more dated. I wonder where you learned it from?” The old master looked at
Rosalie curiously.
Facing the old man, Rosalie hid nothing and calmly replied, “My teacher is very interested in ancient
holistic medicine and possesses some books in his home. I was fortunate enough to be able to read
them. After that, I explored around and learned about them myself. With my teacher’s guidance and a
lot of time, I developed this acupuncture method.”
Hearing this, Old Master Lancer nodded thoughtfully. The gaze he cast at Rosalie was one of
admiration.

holistic medicine practitioners in the country whom I may not be able to compare to. Grandpa Lancer,
you give me too much praise.” Rosalie turned around and smiled at the old master humbly.
Old Master Lancer smiled and waved his hand. “In terms of qualifications, you’re indeed inferior to
some others. But I’ve practiced medicine for many years, and I have a good eye for people. You’ll
definitely become the leading doctor in the world with time.”
Hearing the old master thinking so highly of herself, Rosalie was moved, she no longer shied away and
thanked the old master generously. “Then, I humbly accept your blessings, Grandpa Lancer.”
