Celeste glanced at him indifferently, “I didn’t get anything from the divorce, and I need money. Mr
Garcia offered a good price, so what’s the problem with signing with him?”
Liam choked and frowned, “If you want to act, I can find you resources. You don’t have to sign with
someone else and be under their control.”
Celeste said indifferently. “Signing with you means I won’t be under your control?” “Or does Mr Reed
enjoy keeping female actresses. After promoting Ms Denton, you want to promote your ex–wife? If I
sign with you, do I have to follow your orders 24/7 and please you whenever you
want?”
Liam frowned. “Why are you comparing yourself to her? You’re not the same. I’m more than willing to
give you resources.”
“It’s not the same,” Celeste smirked, interrupting him, “After all, when my mom passed away. Mr Reed
had the mood to show love to Ms Denton at the airport. As your ex–wife, how can I compare with her?”
Liam frowned, not understanding what Celeste was talking about regarding showing love at the airport,
but that didn’t stop him from hearing the anger and resentment in her voice..
As he was about to explain, Steven said, “No wonder Mr. Reed is so concerned about Ms. Denton. You
cherish her. Since you have a new love, don’t bother our artist anymore. Our little artist here isn’t like
Ms Denton and doesn’t like to go down the hype route.”
Liam: “Steven, this is between us. It’s none of your business!”
“What private matters do we still have?” Celeste’s face turned cold, “I didn’t get anything from the
divorce, and now Mr Reed wants to offend my boss and make me lose my job? Does it bother you that
