Celeste said, “The kids and parents at the kindergarten are their bargaining chips. If I want to drive
them off this land, this is inevitable. Mr. Hector has a plan. Even if I get some flak, if it stops Helen’s
greed, it’s worth it.”

Celeste was confused.
Liam added. “Until this is resolved, I’m staying here.”

Liam glanced at her and said, “I’m going to stay by your side to protect you. I won’t let you get hurt
