Catherine smiled gently, saying, “Alright, I won’t hold you up then.”
Even though Estelle was still not quite used to it, she appreciated Catherine’s kindness. After saying
goodbye to her, she left the Lamont family’s mansion.
Jonathan drove, Estelle and Norah sat in the back.
Estelle pondered for a while, then said to Norah, “Once we get to the shop, if Luisa isn’t there yet, don’t
mention this to Xavier.”
Norah nodded, “I know, without any proof, even if I tell him, Xavier won’t believe it.”
“What’s going on?” Jonathan asked while looking at the rear–view mirror.
Estelle relayed the whole story about Zachary getting a girlfriend.
Jonathan nodded nonchalantly. He had seen much of that and was pretty used to it.
When they reached the barbecue restaurant, it was already lunchtime. The place was crowded, and
Damian and the others were running around like headless chickens. They were about to greet the
customers who just walked in, but when they saw it was Estelle, Norah and the others, they
immediately came over and enthusiastically asked, “What brings you guys here?”
