Quickly, he hung up the phone, wishing he could smack himself. Why on earth did he have to blurt out
that he did not need the money? Now he had lost out on a hundred million dollars for a single piece of
information.
Cynthia looked at the disconnected call and was about to resume her conversation with Yoel when a
call from Yves came in.
Straightforward as always, Yves cut to the chase without any preamble, “I believe Sean may have
withheld some information from you. I didn’t see Joshua.”
