Lan pushed open Xavier’s office door, immediately getting a whiff of the smoke in the room. But as
cigars were good quality smokes, the smell was not too bad. Xavier sat in the midst of the wispy

“Who’s looking for me again? He smiled, trying his best to appear nonchalant. But he could not hide the

disgust. “Get security to chase her out.”

“Yes, Mr. Seymour. Right away lan hurried out once again and called the building’s management, telling
them to send security up at once. But he had yet to inform the reception when he heard the sounds of a

Yvette knew lan, but their superficial acquaintanceship did not earn an even a shred of respect from

As lan was a man, he could not bring himsell to lay his hands on her. He could only ask the receptionist
to help, “Pull her back”
The young receptionist hupped Yvette around the waist tightly, and Yvette clawed at her hand, her long

With such a “precedent” from the receptionist, the other female employees only watched from a

One of the male employees finally could not stand it anymore. He rolled up his sleeves and slapped her

With that said, he returned to his seat and grabbed his bag. He ignored the calls of the others as he
headed out
lan was sweating bullets at this. The one who left was the current number one of the film department,
someone Xavier had used everything in his power to pilfer from VisualBox, Kenneth Conrad. Kenneth
had access to all channels of VisualBox’s resources and could be said to be the most important person
in the company apart from Xavier.
lan urged the management to hurry up once more, and they said that security was already on their way
up, asking him to be patient. But how could lan be patient? He could only leave Yvette behind and race
out in an attempt to bring Kenneth back so that Xavier would not find out about it and blow up.
