Odell looked at her humble meal and frowned. “Yeah.”
She had to eat now because she was ill. If he ordered another takeaway, it would take half an hour to
arrive. It was better to let her eat first.
He let her go and closed the open window.

Sylvia ate while telling him briefly about how she got sick right after coming here, and everything else
that had happened
Odell frowned after hearing this.

Sylvia raised her brows. “I didn‘t want to talk to you back then.”

“John came to me before and specifically mentioned that Shermaine looked similar to you. He also said
that others thought I treated her differently. To avoid suspicion, I transferred her back to the
administration department,” he said calmly. “Just a few days later, she appeared in the underground car
park... and I found a clue.” Sylvia‘s gaze flickered, and her eyes narrowed. “You found a clue when she

pushed her away.”

you, how would I dare?” Odell curled his lips and said, “When I got home at night, I threw away the coat
