John chuckled. “Eat.”

Sherry’s heart raced, but she said, “I have hands. I can eat on my own.”
He smiled. “I didn’t do it on purpose. I’m just afraid that when you stand up to reach the ribs, you’ll get
them on me.”
Sherry choked in silence and glared at him.
