Isabel shot a look at him. “What's with that attitude? You don't want me to sleep over at your place, do
you?”
Roland muttered stiffly, "...No."

Martha was still awake and when she came out of her bedroom to see Isabel next to Roland, her eyes
sparked with joy. "Isabel? Why are you here at this hour? Have you had dinner yet?”
Isabel hesitated for a moment before making up an excuse at the spur of the moment. “Hey Aunt
Martha. There was a fire at my place so I had to come over here to spend the night.”

and asked, "Which room can I sleep in?”
