Strong chaotic energy rolled off the shaking ancient pot like endless waves in stormy ocean and rushed
at the top-notch masters.
A formidable force emitted from the old pot, submerging hundreds of billions of miles of the chaotic
void.
"Humph! I don't believe this thing is unbreakable!
My magic treasure is more powerful than the Heavenly Demon Pagoda!" A bold declaration left the
leader of the Divine Corpse Palace.
After he took a step forward, the Divine Corpse Palace hovered in the air.
In the blink of an eye, the palace expanded, covering a large area of the void.
Clang!
A crisp metallic sound echoed around them as the chaotic energy collided with the gigantic palace.
Bang!
The palace was sent flying in the opposite direction.
Crack!
A small corner of it shattered right before their very eyes.
"What?!"
Fury bloomed on the face of the leader of the Divine Corpse Palace as he let out a deafening roar.
It wouldn't be wrong to claim that the Divine Corpse Palace was his most precious treasure. Even
though it was worth a lot, its corners were now breaking into pieces.
Despair filled the leader of the Divine Corpse Palace as his heart shattered along with the model.
"Watch me, Fallen Divine Valley!
This is not over yet!" A furious bellow left the leader of the Divine Corpse Palace before he turned
around.
In a single stride, he stepped out of the Fallen Divine Valley and was nowhere to be seen.
Once they saw that two top-notch masters left with their tails between their legs, the rest of them were
thrown into chaos.
'The ancient pot is too powerful for us to handle.
Even if we work together, we might not be able to break it, ' they thought to themselves.
"I'll never forget what transpired today.
From now on, the Fallen Divine Valley is our sworn enemy. We'll get even with you one day!" Marlon
grimly promised.
A moment later, he turned into a beam of light and flew out of the Fallen Divine Valley.
Moments later, they were nearly deafened by the sound of the roar of supreme enlightenment, an
indication that Marlon's oath had been carved into the law of supreme enlightenment of the Sea of
Chaos.
From that moment on, the people of Beast City and the people of Fallen Divine Valley were mortal
enemies.
Even though Marlon spent a lot of effort and energy nurturing the chaotic heaven baby, Austin stole it
away and the sky-devouring dog from the Fallen Divine Valley sided with the thief.
Come hell or high water, Marlon would never let this insult go.
"Great. I finally have a reason to lay my hands on those arrogant members of the beast race from
Beast City,"
the sky-devouring dog fearlessly snapped back.
Almost at the same time, the primary priest of the Novel Court, the leader of the underworld, and the
rotten face from the World of Darkness all turned back to leave.
Using sheer power, the ancient pot scared all the top masters away.
"Amazing!"
Austin exclaimed in excitement.
Outside the Fallen Divine Valley, chaotic energy surged over everything and made the very light
endlessly dance.
Thick fog covered a large area of the void.
Several tall figures silently stood within the thick fog and stared at the Fallen Divine Valley with
narrowed eyes.
"I suppose the ancient pot is this powerful because it's in the Fallen Divine Valley.
Once it's outside, its powers will be greatly weakened,"
one of them coldly observed.
After the top-notch masters left the Fallen Divine Valley, they merely hovered near it. They poked and
prodded the ancient pot with their spiritual sense and discussed their findings.
In the end, they came to the conclusion that the ancient pot could only unleash such terrifying power in
the Fallen Divine Valley.
"I think so too."
The other top-notch masters nodded in agreement.
"Is the ancient pot... an ultimate chaotic weapon?"
another top-notch master questioned.
'An ultimate chaotic weapon? !'
Barely perceptible trembles wracked through the other masters.
"I heard that there really is no ultimate chaotic weapon now.
Legend says they could only be found in the past chaotic eras.
How could there be an ultimate chaotic weapon in the Fallen Divine Valley?
That's impossible!"
another master quickly refuted, his fear apparent on his face.
"I suspect that it truly is an ultimate chaotic weapon, but it's broken. Its powers have weakened as time
passed.
To put it bluntly, this is not an intact ultimate chaotic weapon, but a mere fragment that managed to
survive after a long time,"
a third master offered.
"We can't rule that out.
Perhaps it really is just a small fragment.
If it was a complete ultimate chaotic weapon, it'll pose a giant threat to us. They can even destroy the
Sea of Chaos,"
the fourth man cut in.
"Although it might just be a small piece, we can't underestimate its powers.
We can get even with them in the future."
After they come to an agreement, all the top masters finally went back to their headquarters.
A moment later, the Fallen Divine Valley returned to being dead silence like it had always been.
"Don't be foolish, you bastards. If you don't leave, you'll die here,"
the sky-devouring dog in the Fallen Divine Valley spat out.
Slowly but surely, the ancient pot descended and returned to its place.
Even the mountain that exploded returned to its normal shape as if nothing had happened.
And the ancient pot flew into the belly of the repaired mountain.
"Is this human boy our master's new successor?" the goat asked the sky-devouring dog as it stared at
Austin from head to toe.
"I've been cultivating in seclusion for hundreds of years. I can't believe that you got our master a new
successor while I was away."
"So how good is he?
You know that master's requirements are very strict.
Don't try to make a fool of my master by giving him a nobody," the rat cut in, surveying Austin.
By that point, Austin was on the square and surrounded on all sides by the sky-devouring dog, the
goat, the black bull, the giant rat, and the rooster. Gleaming eyes excitedly examined him from top to
bottom.
Various questions were thrown at the sky-devouring dog while they studied Austin.
Except for the sky-devouring dog, the others focused on their training.
It wasn't until the strong masters invaded the Fallen Divine Valley did the sky-devouring dog asked
them to pause their training to guard the valley.
Long story short, it was only then did they learn that their master accepted a successor.
"Stop talking nonsense.
Austin was personally recognized by our master. Even if you don't believe me, don't you believe our
master's judgment?"
the sky-devouring dog angrily retorted.
"Of course we believe master's judgment.
However, there's nothing special about this brat other than the fact that his cultivation base is so low.
Did he really meet our master's requirements?
If someone wants to be master's successor, he must at least be the most talented person in the entire
Sea of Chaos," the rooster argued.
"He's right. I don't see anything special in him," the goat quickly supported the rooster.
Neither of them thought highly of Austin.

the rooster challenged.
"Yeah. Show us what you got,"
the goat demanded as it looked down at him.
"Sirs..."
Austin hesitated and was at a loss on what he should do.
