"Stop! This is an important military camp. No one is allowed in here without permission." There came
the shouts of blade cultivators.
They were responsible for guarding this headquarters of the army of the Blade Cosmos. A dozen of
them rushed over as Austin was about to make his way in, stopping him from going any further.
They had been filled with fear by the sight of so many governing gods barreling down on them, but they
had held their ground. Someone had clearly ordered them to put Austin and the others in a tough spot
and keep them out for a while.
"You dare stop me?"
Austin asked disgusted, his face darkening.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
Without warning, he hoisted the blade cultivators in his way up and flung them aside one by one. They
flew through the air like Frisbees, crashing down tens of millions of miles away.
"They've gone too far. I cannot allow this," Austin said.
The governing gods of the Blade Cosmos that had come with him were all surprised.
Those of them who were stationed in the Fiend Cosmos did not wish to obey Austin, holding mutiny in
their hearts. They had not come out to welcome him, and this was not surprising. He had not, however,
expected them to deliberately arrange a force of soldiers to get in his way and make things difficult for
him.
With these roadblocks tossed out of the way, Austin strode into the headquarters of the army of the
Blade Cosmos.
"How dare you come in here?
Just who are you?"
Another group of blade cultivators rushed out aggressively. They were no welcoming party either.
Austin gave a casual wave of his hand and streaks of dazzling blade radiance were released at them.
Puff! Puff! Puff!
Those who had dared stand in his way were sliced in half, one after another.
"Who do you think you are, boy?
This is the headquarters of the army of the Blade Cosmos. This is a sacred place, and not just anyone
is allowed in. Leave now!"
Dozens of blade cultivators at the level of genuine divine gods rushed out, their blade lights soaring into
the sky and their faces twisted in anger. They were prepared to stop Austin right here and now.
Austin stretched his right hand out and swung it through the air.
Slap! Slap! Slap!
Every one of the cultivators before him was struck square in the face. Their cheeks swelled and their
bodies shook violently from the impact as they were thrown through the air.
"You'll pay for your insolence! Damn you, stop this!"
More and more blade cultivators rushed out of the headquarters, yelling and screeching as they
charged at Austin.
"That's it. You've succeeded in annoying me,"
Austin sneered.
As the last word left his mouth, he waved his hand again.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Several Time and Space Arrays were deployed throughout the Blade Cosmos' army's headquarters.
Soon, the entire place fell into a dead silence.
All the blade cultivators, even those who had not yet shown themselves, were trapped by the arrays,
unable to make a move.
"No, I can't move!"
"How is this possible? What's going on?"
Cries of terror rang out from every corner of the headquarters.
Austin and the horde of governing gods that had come with him had no obstacles in their way after that.
A few minutes later, they stepped into a large hall.
It was where the meetings of the army headquarters of the Blade Cosmos were held.
As they made their way in, they found a dozen governing gods of the Blade Cosmos sitting within.
They could not move, trapped by the Time and Space Arrays. They tried desperately to escape and
rush out, but the arrays were too much for them. No matter how hard they struggled, the best they
could manage was to spin on the spot.
"Ahhh..."
They each cried in turn
until Austin and his companions came in that is.
"Brat? Did you do this to us?"
Every eye of the Blade Cosmos' governing gods fell on Austin at the same time. They knew this young
man was the so-called Master Austin, the one who now ruled the Blade Cosmos.
"How dare you show such disrespect?
You'd do well to shut your mouth!"
Austin snarled before stretching out his hand and swinging it through the air.
Slap! Slap! Slap!
A huge palm formed by his great force slapped the governing god across his face.
"You bastard!" the governing god screamed, both shocked and angry.
He wanted to dodge but couldn't make even the slightest move. Austin had humiliated him and he
could not stand that.
"I'll kill you!"
He tried with all his strength to wrench himself free, his annoyance was clear. He wanted to get at
Austin and fight for his pride.
But he was still trapped in a tight space, unable to move a muscle.
Bang!
The huge palm struck his face with immense force, shattering one side of his face right on the spot.
But that was not the end of it.
Austin swung his open palm again.
Bang!
The other side of the governing god's face was hit now, shattering as well.
"Ahhh..."
The governing god cried out in anguish.
"Kneel, all of you!"
Austin growled sternly.
"Never!"
The governing gods in the hall were furious, feeling as though they were being insulted.
Austin waved his hand and a bright blade radiance slashed out.
Puff! Puff! Puff!
The blade radiance was highly unusual, piercing through space and time.
In what seemed an instant, the governing gods' legs were cut off from the knees.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
With their feet gone, they fell to the ground, blood dripping as they shrieked horrifically from the pain.
They had wanted to get out of the way, but could not.
"I'll say it again. Kneel to me and beg for forgiveness!"
Austin snapped cruelly.
Their attitude was getting on his nerves.
"No way, you bastard!"
The dozen governing gods of the Blade Cosmos still glared at Austin in anger, not willing to give in.
Whoosh!
Austin waved his hand again and blade radiance slashed out once more.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
The blade radiance grew larger and larger until it was a massive boulder of power, charging over to the
governing gods laying on the ground pitifully.
Puff! Puff! Puff!
The governing gods took the blow and instantly exploded.
They were still trapped by the Space and Time Arrays, so could not fight back or dodge.
"Ah!
You son of a bitch, what have you done to us? Let us go!
If you had any guts, you'd fight us fairly, in open combat,"
roared a governing god of the Blade Cosmos in contempt.
"All right.
As you wish,"
Austin replied flatly.
With a flick of his wrist, all the arrays disappeared at once.
"Let's make this quick. Don't waste any time,"
Austin said calmly, unfazed by their threat.
The governing gods on the other hand, were overjoyed to find that they could finally move again.
Although what good it would do them, remained to be seen.
"Let's show him what we're made of!"
The dozen governing gods of the Blade Cosmos swarmed towards Austin in a rage, itching to kill.
The corner of Austin's mouth curled slightly into a wicked smirk as he watched them coming down on
him.
He swung an arm out and blade radiance, made of a terrible blade energy, hacked out again.
It cut the space and time and shattered them into nothingness with every inch it passed through.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
The governing gods of the Blade Cosmos gave it their all, using their unique skills one by one, but it
was useless. All it took was one of Austin's moves to injure them all. They were all sent flying by the
shockwave he let out, spitting blood as they soared uncontrollably through the air.
Whoosh!
Before they could realize what had happened, Austin slashed again.
Puff! Puff!
Their bodies immediately exploded, reduced to little more than smoke and flames.
