Austin took a deep breath. "Well, next is the cultivation of the Original Reincarnation Law of Earth," he
said.
He was pleased to have mastered the Original Reincarnation Law of Wood, and eager to continue
cultivating.
He closed his eyes and resumed his cultivation.
A deep yellow fog began gathering around Austin's body. The fog thickened and condensed, forming
wall-like structures around him.
This rich yellow fog was the energy of earth.
Eight years passed as Austin cultivated, although to him it felt like the blink of an eye.
Tens of thousands of yellow-fog walls had formed around Austin, each one rising high above him. The
layers of tall walls formed a tight fortress around his body.
"The Original Reincarnation Law of Earth can both attack and defend. Its power is also very strong,"
Austin murmured to himself.
He was elated to discover that information. With that, he was ready to move on to the next
reincarnation law.
"Okay, then," he said. "Time to cultivate the Original Reincarnation Law of Metal."
Without any sign of fatigue, Austin began cultivating again.
The cultivation of the Original Reincarnation Law of Metal centered on the ability to master how to
harness the purest energy of metal.
This time, a mass of cloudlike white energy began forming in the space around Austin, representing the
original energy of metal.
Three years passed before the gleaming blades of the first few weapons began coalescing around
Austin. Soon a variety of weapons surrounded him, including knives, spears, swords, halberds, and
hammers.
These weapons were all condensed from the pure energy of metal.
Eventually, weapons were clustered so thickly around Austin's body that he was barely visible. Each
weapon emitted a powerful killing intent.
Nine years had passed since he began this round of cultivation.
"I've mastered the Original Reincarnation Law of Metal!" Austin exclaimed, delighted at his success.
He looked around him with interest.
He was enclosed by a vast array of weapons in every size and shape imaginable.
Each weapon had been formed out of the purest energy of metal. Austin reached out and touched the
nearest weapons. He could control them easily, as though they were extensions of his arms and
fingers.
"All right. Up next is the Original Reincarnation Law of Wind," he told himself.
Once more, he returned to his cultivation.
The wind blew more strongly, roaring and howling until a sea of hurricanes had formed with Austin at
the center. The hurricanes thrummed with enormous amounts of energy.
Every inch of the space between the sky and earth was filled with terrifying wind energy.
Austin stayed focused, undisturbed by the massive hurricanes raging around him.
Two years passed.
The wind energy took on the shape of a dragon, which circled and danced around Austin.
Another nine years passed.
Nine dragons had condensed from the intense wind energy, gliding in fierce and massive hurricane
blowing around Austin's body.
Each of the nine dragons seemed to be its own fearsome whirlwind.
"I have mastered Original Reincarnation Law of Wind!" Austin said with satisfaction.
He felt the power of the nine wind dragons flying near him, smiling to himself.
Without hesitation, he proceeded to the next law. He began cultivating the Original Reincarnation Law
of Light.
He needed to master how to use the original energy of light.
He spent another nine years cultivating, while the space around him glowed brighter and brighter.
Finally, nine enormous dragons made of light energy appeared.
The nine light dragons were so dazzling that anyone who looked straight at them would be blinded.
Austin nodded. "All right. Now I will tackle the final one. I will cultivate the Original Reincarnation Law of
Space," he said.
He thought about all that he had already mastered, and added, "I can't wait to see what I'm capable of,
after all this cultivation. I have learned so many powerful and inimitable skills. I've also been surprised
at what I've discovered so far!"
He was eager to master the last Original Reincarnation Law.
Some instinct told him that this final law would surprise him the most.
He began cultivating once more.
Austin felt that time passed more slowly in this cultivation.
In contrast to the vivid displays of energy that had occurred with the previous Original Reincarnation
Laws, nothing seemed to be happening this time around.
Yet, after nine long years, Austin mastered the Original Reincarnation Law of Space.
It was an obscure, secret technique used to reinforce one's strength.
In battle, Austin would be able to use the Original Reincarnation Law of Space to make his attacks
invisible and virtually impossible to block.
All in all, each of the Nine Original Laws of Reincarnation had its own mysteries, and each one was
immensely powerful.
It had taken him about eighty years, but Austin had cultivated the Nine Original Laws of Reincarnation.
He left the small world where he had cultivated without looking back.
The three elders of the reincarnation race were surprised to see Austin. They had not expected him to
finish his cultivation so quickly.
"Austin, it seems that you have already finished cultivating the Nine Original Laws of Reincarnation.
You are truly talented," said one of the elders.
"Indeed. Among all the secret skills of our race, the Nine Original Laws of Reincarnation is the most
difficult to cultivate," said the second elder.
"Yes," agreed the third elder. "I've never known anyone to master all of them in such a short period of
time."
The three old men studied Austin, looking gratified at his success.
"What's more, you never asked us for help. You did it all on your own..."
"That's true. Austin, you went through the whole process of cultivation for each of the Nine Original
Laws of Reincarnation alone. You comprehended all the laws without needing assistance."
"It means that you have a gift. Your comprehension ability is unparalleled."
The three elders continued to praise Austin, unable to conceal their pride in his accomplishment.
"What you have done is very, very rare," said one of the elders firmly.
The others nodded.
"Sir, I'm flattered," Austin replied.
He was beginning to feel slightly embarrassed.
As he spoke to the elders, he used his spiritual sense to search for Tanya, the leader of the
Reincarnation Palace, and the others. He realized that everyone was still cultivating in their own small
worlds.
They seemed to have found cultivation methods and secret skills suitable to their own preferences and
capabilities.
"Well, Austin, you can enter the Great Library again. You may find more things to catch your interest,"
said one of the elders with a smile.
Another elder said, "The reincarnation race used to be one of the most powerful forces in the Absolute
Space Sea. The cultivation methods and secret skills we have are the envy of many other races."
Clearly, the elders were quite proud of the reincarnation race.
"Ah," sighed the third elder, "I remember when countless young people came to us, dreaming of joining
our race and learning our secret cultivation methods."
There was a light in their eyes as the elders recalled the old days.
Austin nodded respectfully. "Very well. I will return to the library and look for more cultivation methods
that are suitable for me," he said.
After all, he was glad of the opportunity to learn as much as possible.
He entered the Great Library and gazed around at the vast landscape and the jade slips scattered and
floating everywhere. He plucked one of the jade slips from the air.
There was so much to learn and discover.
He lost track of time as he grabbed one jade slip after another, reading each one, trying to find
something he wanted to cultivate.
Finally, he came across a secret skill called Worlds of Mind Power Construction Skill.
This secret skill could help him create multiple worlds of mind power, linking them together to form a
group of worlds.
He was immediately fascinated. If he used this kind of skill in battle, the force of all the worlds of mind
power would merge, their combined strength striking against his opponent. Such a force would be
terribly difficult to resist.
A single world of mind power was already immensely powerful. Austin marveled at the potential power
that could be created by a group of worlds of mind power.
Was it true? Could he really activate several worlds of mind power at the same time, using all their
power simultaneously?
"I can't believe it," he muttered to himself. "The ability to create multiple worlds of mind power! It's
absolutely terrifying."
He read and reread the jade slip in his hand, feeling his excitement growing.
This secret skill was arguably even better than the one he had just finished cultivating.
"All right," he said decisively. "I'll cultivate this secret skill next."
He couldn't wait to tell the elders, and wondered how hard it would be to cultivate the Worlds of Mind
Power Construction Skill.
"Multiple worlds of mind power!" he said again, grinning. "Time to see how powerful it is!"
