even looked at their peers with pity, knowing that they were screwed to stay with Donovan.

Are you all saying that you refuse to follow my orders?"
Austin came forward from a dark corner and opened his mouth to speak abruptly.
All of a sudden, there was nothing but dead silence.
The governing gods who were stationed at the Dragon Cosmos turned to look at the young man. Their
jaws almost dropped in sheer astonishment.
They had all spoken ill of Austin, rather enthusiastically, and they suddenly found that he had been
listening to them the whole time.
"So you are Austin Lin! Your reputation precedes you.
Well, it looks like you have switched sides to serve under Austin's command now, you damned traitors!
Humph! How dare you all come and see statistics? Have you no shame?
You slimeballs! Did you actually bring this guy here to show off what you have done?"
The governing gods who guarded the Dragon Cosmos went into a flying rage. They glared at the other
governing gods who stood next to Austin.
"Humph! Young man, you have crossed the line.
Now that you have set foot in our territory, we are not obligated to show you any mercy," Broderick said
with a murderous look at Austin.
"Come on, guys. Let's beat up this brat and show him what we can do!
Then let's go back and throw those shameless invaders out of our homeland!" he continued.
Seeing that Austin appeared, he and the other governing gods easily looked down on him.
Austin was so powerful that they couldn't even see through his actual strength.
That was why they couldn't take him seriously. They saw nothing but a lost young man in front of them.
"Boy, you don't have to resist. Just surrender now."
With a sinister smile, a governing god dashed towards Austin.
A blinding blade radiance gushed out from the governing god's body, illuminating the entire chaotic
void.
Austin could immediately tell that the governing god was an excellent blade cultivator.
But he was still, much too weak to be worthy as Austin's opponent.

A dazzling blade radiance also came out of Austin's body like a volcanic eruption, overwhelming the
first one.
It then concentrated to form five golden dragons that threw their heads back and growled ferociously at

When the blade radiance unleashed by the governing god was about to reach Austin,
it dissipated and turned into light dust that immediately disappeared.
With his hands tucked behind his back, Austin stared at the governing god impassively without any
movement.

How did you get to learn such a brilliant blade skill?"
The governing gods stationed at the Dragon Cosmos started panicking.
Austin's blade technique was way too potent for them to process. They had definitely underestimated
him.
"You are just too weak, like a newly-born calf,
and I'm getting bored.
How about you all fight me at the same time?"
Austin suggested mockingly.
"What the hell did you just say ?
This brat is way too cocky!"
The governing gods were shocked and at the same time, angry at Austin's provocation.
"Guys, now that he is eager to die, what are we waiting for? Let's fulfill his wish!"
More than a dozen governing gods came forward and surrounded Austin.

Austin did nothing and merely stood still with his hands behind his back. The five golden dragons
moved around him quickly, growling and releasing an insane amount of energy.

each dragon stopped and opened its mouth as it took a deep breath.
Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!
The blade radiance that was coming at Austin disintegrated and was directly sucked into the five
golden dragons' bodies.
In a flash, the blade radiance had disappeared without a trace.
"That was just lame!
Can't you put in a little more effort?" Austin said, pretending to be disappointed.
He remained in the same spot with his hands behind his back.
"How the hell is that possible? "
The governing gods who attacked Austin were dumbfounded.
They went all out to attack the young man, but it turned out, they couldn't even harm him one bit.

announced that he would hand over the ruling power of the Blade Cosmos to Master Austin.
