Almost at the same time, the governing gods also saw Austin and the chaotic sky-devouring beast.

They instantly recognized the pair as soon as they laid their eyes on them.

"It's that young man and the legendary beast!

The first two pieces of the Magical Polarity Token have fallen in their hands!"

the man dressed in white robes furiously exclaimed.

From their previous encounters, Austin took two pieces of the token from him. Obviously, he would be

livid. As the saying goes, when enemies meet, their eyes would blaze with hatred.

The sight of Austin and the chaotic sky-devouring beast fueled the rage burning inside him. Their mere

presence was like gasoline to it, and his fists began to clench, and his jaw rooted.

He stared at the duo long and hard, itching to rush towards them and eat their flesh in the raw. "I'm

sure! It's the two of them.

They were the ones who snatched the first two pieces of the Magical Polarity Token!

Look how greedy these two are. They even came here to get the third one."

The other governing gods shifted their gaze on Austin and the chaotic sky-devouring beast. They were

just as furious and indignant. These governing gods had spent a significant amount of their power in

their attempts to acquire the token. Precious time and energy being wasted was just unacceptable.

Many of them even perished in their futile efforts, but in the end, the two pieces of the Magical Polarity

Token fell into the hands of these two nobodies. What irritated them even more was that none of them

had personally set their eyes on them prior this meeting. They were led to believe that the pair had only

shown up at the latter part of the competition since they were nowhere to be found in the beginning of

it.

They were convinced that the two took advantage of them and used diabolical means to get ahead.

This idea was what irked them the most―they had cheated just to acquire the highly-coveted token.

"Let's go over and get even with them. Let's take back what's rightfully ours!

We all have paid a huge price for the Magical Polarity Token. We can't let them fall into the hands of

these two despicable brats!"

one of the governing gods furiously coaxed his companions.

Meanwhile, the chaotic sky-devouring beast took notice of the plethora of angry governing gods coming

their way.

"This is bad. All those guys have arrived!" he worriedly informed Austin. They were both stunned at the

sudden stream of governing gods entering the vicinity.

Countless of governing gods were pouring in. No matter how powerful Austin and the chaotic sky-

devouring beast were, they were heavily outnumbered.

"Don't worry. If they want to catch up, they would still have to pass through this white corridor. It may

take them a long time to completely do it. Let's enter the palace as soon as we can finish this once and

for all. Maybe, we can get the third piece of the Magical Polarity Token ahead of them through this. If

we're lucky, we could also get the original crown tree,"

Austin informed his companion after some careful consideration.

"You're right. It's best if we do this as quickly as possible. They wouldn't be able to catch up if we finish

soon!"

the chaotic sky-devouring beast agreed.

The governing gods who were after them set foot on the ivory floors of the corridor. As soon as they did

so, the black puppets from both sides immediately attacked them.

"Let's work together and destroy these puppets!"

The governing gods soon recognized that the black creatures in the corridor did not have a mind of

their own―they were merely puppets. They swarmed forward one after another, trying to break the

puppets on both sides of the corridor.

However, to their surprise, only a limited number of individuals were allowed to step at a specific time.

Only five of them were permitted to charge forward at the same time.

If more than five of them simultaneously stepped forward, they would be pushed back by a mysterious

force.

In other words, only five governing gods could take the test together each time, while the rest of them

could only wait.

The first five governing gods moved forward for a distance before the latter ones could catch up.

Pastor had designed this corridor to assess the governing gods who had broken into this place.

Therefore, it was impossible for countless of them to rush over at the same time to deal with the black

puppets in the corridor.

Austin and the chaotic sky-devouring beast saw what was going on and were very delighted―this

would buy them more time.

"Hah! At this rate, they won't be able to catch up. This corridor alone is enough to stall them."

The chaotic sky-devouring beast was ecstatic. He was initially worried with the amount of governing

gods coming in, but the ivory corridor was an immense help on their end.

"Sir, we want to enter the palace and take the last piece of the Magical Polarity Token. Please let us in!"

Austin respectfully requested.

The golden giant pointed at the palace behind him. Then, its huge ornate doors opened to let them in.

Austin and the chaotic sky-devouring beast slowly set their foot inside. Since they had already entered

the premises, retreating was no longer an option. The third piece was inside. If they could pass the test,

they would also obtain Pastor's inheritance and all the treasures he had left in the Heavenly Eye Space

Sea. The amount of profit they would have would be tremendous!

Although the test that Pastor had designed was perilous, it was worth taking this risk!

Therefore, with a decided gait, Austin and the chaotic sky-devouring beast entered the palace without a

single hint of hesitation.

They trod forward until they found something. A broad square with an enormous table appeared in front

of them. On top of the table was what they were looking for―the third piece of the Magical Polarity

Token.

As expected, it was guarded by countless black puppets. Tens of thousands of them were found on

both sides of the square

In addition, some puppets were colored silver or gold. From Austin's estimation, he found that there

were thousands and hundreds of them, respectively. Then, he squinted his eyes. At a corner of the

square sat a solitary white puppet.

It was sitting cross-legged and immobile on the ground with its eyes glued shut. Austin perceived its

energy―he sensed nothing.

However, he could immediately feel that this isolated white puppet was the most powerful among them

all.

He could see the white puppet with his naked eyes, but he couldn't perceive its existence with his

spiritual sense. The space where the white puppet was located was empty, which terrified him on some

level.

Austin's spiritual sense was compelling above any average cultivator. However, he still couldn't feel the

white puppet within such a short distance. This was a preface of the true power the white puppet held.

"If you want to get the third piece, you have to defeat all the puppets here." The golden giant broke

Austin's reverie. Then, he continued, "Of course, if you can defeat all of them, it means you have

passed the test designed by my master. Not only will you acquire the last piece of the Magical Polarity

Token, but you will also become my master's disciple. All the treasures collected in the Heavenly Eye

Space Sea will belong to you.

Naturally, only one of you two will become the disciple of my master in the end."

The golden giant pinned his gaze on both Austin and the chaotic sky-devouring beast. He noticed that

the duo was sizing up the puppets on both sides of the square.

"How many puppets are there, sir?"

Austin nervously asked.
