Loud laughter burst out of Austin's lips.
"If I want to leave, do you think I'll let any of you stand in my way?" he said confidently.
Within just a couple of seconds, he was already nowhere to be seen.
"We really can't stop him!"
Frustration filled the four governing gods of the Long Sword Sect as they turned to look as one at the
direction Austin took. All of them were well aware that they couldn't do anything to him even if they
managed to catch up with him.
As soon as Austin took his leave,
many huge figures with terrifying aura appeared in his wake.
More than ten governing gods in total seemed to materialize from thin air.
Due to the combined power of the terrifying auras emitted by them,
the Wind World completely disintegrated.
The entire world exploded into pieces.
"The Wind World's gone!"
In the distance, sorrow filled the downcast people of the Wind Sword Sect as they stared at the ruined
pieces of their homeland.
"Where's Austin?"
As soon as they arrived, they released their spiritual sense to poke and prod for a hint of Austin's
presence.
The second they received the message from the four governing gods of the Long Sword Sect, they
headed to their destination as fast as they could.
All of them were from the other three major forces.
"You're late," one of the four governing gods of the Long Sword Sect spat out.
All four of them looked to be in low spirits.
Their pride was completely shattered in their fight against Austin.
Even though they banded together to battle a young man, they still failed to defeat him.
In the end, he managed to escape their grasp and they couldn't do anything to prevent it.
It was nothing less than an embarrassment and none of them wanted to talk about it.
"What the hell is going on here?
Why did you let that Austin brat go?"
"Why didn't any of you even try to stop him? How could you let him get away just like that?
That brat is connected to Sword Son Curry and Master Sword. You know how important he is to our
plans."
Most of the governing gods who had just arrived didn't bother to hide their displeasure.
All of them rushed over the instant they got the message.
But when they got there, Austin had already left.
"Did you catch that brat?
That means you lied to us that he managed to get away,"
one of the governing gods questioned.
"Everyone, I know that you're confused.
If you want to know why, figure it out yourself,"
Rollins groaned in frustration.
"We will!"
All the governing gods who had just arrived used various secret techniques to find the answer for
themselves.
Soon,
images that showed what had happened in the Wind World began to appear in the void.
"No way!
How could Austin be so powerful?
He's just a genuine premium-grade divine god, yet he can take on four governing gods on even
footing!"
"Guys, is this true?"
"I don't believe it. Isn't it because someone tampered with space and time that we got these wrong
results?"
Almost all the governing gods couldn't believe the result they received.
"None of us want to believe it either.
But it's the truth.
That guy really is that powerful,"
a governing god of the Long Sword Sect said with a heavy sigh.
"Let's put it this way,
the four of us together can't defeat Austin.
We need at least three or four more governing gods if we want to beat him,"
Rollins said in a shrill voice.
"Yeah.
He's right."
The other three governing gods of the Long Sword Sect quickly agreed with Rollins.
"A young man from the Lower World possesses such terrifying strength.
That doesn't make any sense.
I suspect that Austin isn't actually from the Lower World.
I think that he must be from an old, powerful force in the Absolute Space Sea. It must be a force that
has been cut off from the outside world,"
a governing god abruptly declared, his face twisted into a grim expression.

If that's the case,
we really need to think our plan over."
When they heard his declaration, the other governing gods' hearts sank.
Legend had it that some powerful forces formed a long time ago would choose to stay out of worldly
affairs so they settled down in the Absolute Space Sea and created their own worlds in it.
People from these forces would never deal with creatures from other places.
However, some members would occasionally leave the forces and explore other worlds.
That was why the governing gods of the Sword Cosmos assumed that Austin must have come from
one of those forces.
"Humph! Even if Austin did come from some ancient supreme force of the Absolute Space Sea, he has
a deep grudge against us and it'll be near impossible to settle our differences.
Moreover, I heard that there's a very strict rule in those powerful forces that all their members aren't
allowed to participate in any fight or get involved in any kind of feud.
Yet, this Austin guy went against us right after he entered the Sword Cosmos.
I don't think he's part of those ancient powerful forces.
You're just thinking too much,"
another governing god disagreed.
"He has a point.
Did you forget that Austin is Sword Son Curry's successor?
Why would a member of an old powerful force from the Absolute Space Sea acknowledge Sword Son
Curry as his master?"
another governing god added.
"Besides, we've seen with our own eyes that Austin pierced through the space barrier of the Sword
Cosmos and entered the Lower World twice.
It's impossible for a member of an old powerful force from the Absolute Space Sea to set foot in the
Lower World over and over again.
Let's just rule out that possibility.
Austin must definitely be from the Lower World.
As for why he holds such formidable strength,
the only possible explanation is that he got his hands on the secret skills of Master Sword.
Maybe he even got the treasures left by Master Sword up his sleeve.

Master Sword was one of the ancient legends in the Sword Cosmos.
Even to this day he was recognized as the most powerful figure to ever exist in the Sword Cosmos.
No sword cultivator in the Sword Cosmos could match his strength.
"That's a very good point.
Why didn't I think of that?
Austin must have gotten his hands on Master Sword's treasures.
Otherwise, I can't think of any other reasonable explanation for his power improving so much in such a
short amount of time!"
Rollins couldn't contain his loud screams nor the extremely greedy look in his eyes.
