"Austin, this passage is filled with strange aura. It seems to have something to do with the law of time

and space,"

Elmer said. Although his spiritual sense was not as powerful as Austin's, being a semi-governing god,

he was still able to easily sense this.

"Yes, it's the law of reincarnation,"

Austin said and confirmed.

"What? The law of reincarnation?!

Then, that means that this is the Ancient Land of Reincarnation?

What's going on? Is the Land of Void actually the Ancient Land of Reincarnation?"

Elmer couldn't believe what he just heard.

"What's the Ancient Land of Reincarnation?"

Austin asked the semi-governing god with much curiosity.

"This was an ancient legend in the Heaven Beast Valley.

It is said that when the chaotic space was newly created, the location of the Heaven Beast Valley was

actually a gate leading to the samsara.

Such gate was the entrance to the other world. If one wanted to be reincarnated, he should pass

through here.

But all of a sudden, something went wrong.

Many of the gates had been abandoned.

One of those abandoned gates is located in the Heaven Beast Valley,"

Elmer explained.

"Oh, I see. The valley sure is rich with legends.

There's the Land of Void and now the Ancient Land of Reincarnation,"

Austin said as he pondered on the thought of these legends and if they were actually true.

"The Heaven Beast Valley is one of the most ancient areas in the Sea of Chaos.

It is one of the oldest known places out there.

Hence, it is only fitting that the place is filled with many legends and stories.

The Heaven Beast Valley is not alone. Most of the other ancient lands also have their own legends,"

said Elmer.

"Yes, you're right."

Austin nodded.

There had always been legends spreading throughout almost each world in the Sea of Chaos.

"I have always thought that the Ancient Land of Reincarnation was only a myth; a story people told

their kids that isn't to be taken seriously.

But now we're staring at the passage with our own eyes,"

Elmer said in awe.

"Let's not get ahead of ourselves. We're still not sure what this is.

Let's be careful from now on,"

Austin suggested.

Then, the three of them moved forward cautiously in the passageway filled with mist.

The atmosphere was eerie and dull as they trudged along the haze.

They walked for what seemed to be an eternity.

Suddenly, they saw light peering through. Filled with excitement, they hurried their steps and was

shortly greeted by a million dazzling lights.

They saw a strange star-filled sky before them.

Gigantic gray stars twinkled in the night sky, illuminating the surface beneath.

Many old and shabby stone paths floated midair and extended into the depths of the sky.

Thousands of stone paths led to thousands of different directions.

Faced with this, the three found themselves dumbfounded.

Which one should they choose?

"Master, let's take this one.

I can feel the aura of our race,"

Violet suddenly exclaimed in surprise as she pointed at one of the paths.

"Oh!

It does seem that the nine-tailed demon fox race really came through here."

Austin and Elmer also cheered up.

The three of them didn't waste any more time and immediately took the path the young princess chose.

The road was desolate and they couldn't see any signs of life along the way.

The gray stars surrounding them fell strangely silent.

"What? Master, look, there seems to be a figure in front of us!"

Violet pointed in surprise.

"That's right.

But that's not a living person. It looks like a sculpture."

Austin and Elmer already sensed that there was no aura coming from the figure.

Suddenly, a thirty feet tall giant appeared in front of them out of the blue.

"It's a puppet!"

said Elmer.

"Yes, you are right. It seems to be well made,"

Austin commented with a nod. He then walked carefully towards the puppet to examine it.

The puppet stood tall and strong, and looked very life-like.

An old broadsword was sheathed behind its back. The hilt of the weapon was rotten with rust, meaning

that it had been there for a very long time.

The puppet remained motionless, staring ahead with its empty eyes, as if it was spying on something.

Staring at the broadsword on the puppet's back, Austin felt something was wrong.

"Let's stay away from it.

I feel something from it, especially from the sword behind its back."

The weapon was simple grey without any luster, covered with a layer of dust.

However, it emitted a sharp aura that pierced right through everyone's spiritual soul with a murderous

intent.

Even Austin felt intimidated by its presence.

"It's so terrible. My spiritual soul began to feel pain just by looking at it,"

Violet mumbled. Her face turned deathly pale from fright.

Austin immediately released his spiritual sense energy to protect Violet's Soul Sea.

She instantly began to feel better.

"Let's not stay around longer.

Let's keep marching forward,"

said Austin.

After a while, they were greeted by another one.

"Another puppet!"

Violet shouted in surprise.

Sure enough, another puppet appeared in front of them.

It was exactly the same as the previous one, with the dull sword strapped behind its back.

They quickly rushed forward, adamant to avoid the scary statue. But not long after, they came across a

dozen of puppets in total.

"I think these puppets are responsible for guarding this stone road,"

Austin assumed.

Elmer nodded in agreement.

The three of them didn't provoke the strange puppets and only focused on heading forward.

No one knew how far they had traveled.

All of a sudden, a gray continent appeared in front of them.

The vast continent stretched as far as they could see.

At the very least, it was larger than a cosmos.

The continent seemed to have no boundaries.

Even with the strength of Austin's insight and spiritual sense, he couldn't perceive the other end of the

continent.

Ruins filled every inch of the place.

This probably meant that there was once a strong civilization living here.

There were also tall pillars that stood on the gray ground, rising high above into the skies.

Each pillar emitted a stream of law of reincarnation.

"Be careful."

Austin took the lead and set foot on the gray continent.

As they walked on the desolate place, a withered, empty and ancient aura rushed over them.

This continent must have been very ancient.

"What? Master, my spiritual sense can only reach about thirty thousand feet away, and that is with the

help of the Hallucination Bead!"

Violet's face once again turned pale as she shouted anxiously.

"My spiritual sense can only perceive a range within thirty thousand feet as well,"

Elmer echoed with a worried face.

With his strength as a semi-governing god, he could perceive everything in an instant even from a

dozen or so cosmoses away.

But having his power suppressed into only sensing thirty thousand feet sent a chill down his spine.

"I can only sense a distance of about one hundred thousand feet.

The dense law of reincarnation must be subduing our powers,"

Austin said with a frown.

"That's right.

This must be the doings of the law of reincarnation!"

Fear slowly started to creep up Elmer's heart.

But then, he suddenly realized what Austin said.

"Austin, you can still sense a distance of one hundred thousand feet in such a harsh environment?

Your spiritual sense is indeed amazingly strong!"
