Gloria hesitated for a few minutes. Jonathan would not lie. What he said must be true.
After hesitating for a moment, Gloria spoke gently.
“Let’s meet somewhere quiet, with fewer people.”
“Where do you prefer?” Jonathan’s voice sounded particularly gentle and soft, revealing his eagerness
to cooperate with Gloria.
Gloria thought for a moment and then named the address casually. Jonathan had no objection to her
proposal. Then they hung up the phone and hurried to the place Gloria designated.

side seat.
