Jonathan walked out a while later.
He watched as Gloria hopped into her car and sped off.
He squinted, not in a hurry to leave. His phone buzzed, bringing his attention back.
He put it through. Henry’s voice came through, “Mr. Brown, we are all set. What do we do next?”
“Give it a pause,” he said.
“What?” Henry was a bit surprised and confused.
“Take no action for now.” With that, Jonathan hung up the phone and got into his car.
As Claude and his family were removed from the position as the shareholders, there was no way they
could go against Gloria anymore.
Most of his followers were fence sitters. And those who had been his hardcore pursuers had their
