Jordy crossed his long legs and said, “It’s not the appointed time yet.”

“I know.” The old lady shut her eyes so tightly that Gloria saw her trembling eyelashes and wrinkles.
Her entire body was taut.
Sitting on the side, Jordy pursed his lips.
