be alert against you.”
Gloria was not sure about what Rachel was planning to do today.

Rachel sighed resignedly, “Actually, I want to ask you about your private affairs. What is the relationship
between you and you now?”
Gloria replied calmly, “He and I are superior and subordinate.”
Rachel asked her out for personal affairs, which must involve Jordy. Except for it, Rachel had no other
reason to look for her.
Her quick answer made Rachel’s eyes flash with surprise. “Just superior and subordinate?”
Rachel seemed like she was questioning Gloria closely, completely unlike her usually calm self.
Gloria raised her eyes slightly and looked at Rachel, “Or what?”

Then she looked at Gloria and continued speaking with a smile, “Old Mrs. Collins likes you and tries to
set you up with Jordy, right?”
Seeing Rachel’s calm look but tense body, Gloria smiled and said, “Well, about the business between
Jordy and me…”
She paused for a moment and then continued, “The Roberts family built from scratch by doing media
businesses. Though your family business is going in a new direction, you do not give up growing media
businesses. So, you should know how online rumors are started and spread.”
Gloria implied that the things about her and Jordy were the hype. Jordy and she did not have sex, and
Jordy didn’t have that violent sexual impulses as described online.
“Really?” Rachel chuckled and said calmly. It was hard to tell whether she believed it or not.
Gloria didn’t intend to explain herself further.
The waiter had served some of the dishes ordered by Rachel. Rachel opened her mouth and wanted to
say something but stopped.
Gloria was sizing her up. “You do not have to ask me tentatively. After getting divorced to Jordy, I never
thought of getting back together with Jordy, so you don’t have to waste your time on me. Besides, it’s
known to all that Old Joseph Collins is fond of you.”
