Sudden Phone Call
Many actors and actresses were backed by investors. Their acting skills were terrible, but for the sake
of their interests, the crew had to let them play important roles, which might affect the ratings of the

The director sighed, “You’re right. One concession in exchange for endless benefits. I should accept it.”
Harold smiled, “That’s a good choice.”

of it.
Jordy remained silent.
Gloria didn’t respond to it. Instead, she asked, “Is there anything I can help you with? How is Karen? Is
she fine after taking the shot?”
She didn’t say much since she was not sure if Old Joseph was with Karen.
Old Joseph understood the situation and said, “She’s not with me. Actually, there is something I want to
