miserable situation? Jordy, our families are close partners in business and you know who I am. Do you
think I would do something so stupid to hurt myself?”
Jordy watched her closely as she defended herself with self-evident questions.
Rachel struggled to compose herself while making eye contact with Jordy.
At Jordy’s silent response, Rachel added, “Didn’t Gloria White say she saw a little red mole on the
woman’s chest? I can prove my innocence.”
Rachel looked serious. She was not kidding.
