"Olivia, don't. Seriously, I'm probably going to be a cripple. Even with the Greatest Global Scalpel as

my doctor, my legs might not recover. You'd better keep the money for yourself instead of me."

"Nonsense. You are my younger brother and the future of the Kent family. I am just a woman. The

future of our family depends on you. Your priority now is to cure your legs. Before Dr. Ashley declares

that your legs are incurable, I won't give up. I will get the money no matter how. Don't worry about the

rest."

Olivia said firmly. Booth was almost in tears.

"Olivia, I'm just a cripple. Don't bother for me."

"Nonsense again. With you guys, I feel like I'm still alive. Anyway, I'm cooking for you. Then I'll go to

see Dad. Jacob had a car accident, too. He's a vegetable now and needs people to talk to him from

time to time. If you do care about me, hurry to get better and help me."

Olivia didn't keep Jacob's crash from Booth, which resulted in Booth's dropped jaw.

"Jacob had a car accident?"

"Yeah. I don't think it was just an accident. There might be something going on. But I haven't had time

to look into the matter yet. But don't worry. I will get to the bottom of it."

When Olivia heard the coincidences from Nicole, she had a feeling that Jacob's car accident had been

planned. And she had more doubt by Melissa's behaviors.

This was so weird.

"What did Nicole say?"

Booth asked directly.

Olivia paused for a moment before saying in a low voice, "She should be investigating it with Samuel,

but I wish I can do something about it. Let's not talk about it now. Wait for a while. I'll go to the hospital

after cooking."

"Olivia, you seem to have caught a cold. Have a rest this afternoon if you can't hold out."

Booth didn't have the heart to see her like that.

Olivia waved her hand. "I'm fine. I can handle it."

Her face was red. Obviously, she had a fever.

Before Booth could say anything, Olivia had already head to the kitchen.

After everything was done, Olivia brought some food to the hospital.

Nicole was still there. Seeing Olivia, she frowned slightly.

"Why is your face so red? Did you catch a cold?"

With that, she was about to touch Olivia's forehead. But Olivia dodged her hand.

"I'm fine."

Nicole narrowed her eyes.

"You have a cold? Where did you go? What did you do?"

"I said I'm fine. Keep an eye on Jacob for a while for me. I'm going to see my father first."

Olivia quickly left.

Watching Olivia's tottering feet, Nicole felt sorry for her.

She took out her phone and called Ernesto.

"Find out what Olivia did this morning."

After receiving the order, Ernesto replied soon.

"Mrs. Green, Miss Olivia went to work as an extra. She stayed in the rain for half an hour playing a

corpse. And..."

He hesitated for a moment before telling Nicole about the director.

Nicole's face darkened immediately.

"Mrs. Green, should I warn that director?"

Ernesto was mad, too.

Nicole shook her head. "Wait, we'll talk about it later."

Ernesto knew how close Nicole and Olivia were. Now that such a thing had happened, Nicole actually

told him to wait. Ernesto didn't understand, but he didn't ask.

Nicole asked Ernesto to call the doctor. When Olivia returned, Nicole said directly, "Go get a jab in the

infusion room, or I won't let you leave today."

Seeing her, Olivia knew that Nicole had found out what she had done. So she didn't protest and went to

the infusion room for injection before coming back.

"I want to talk to Jacob."

"Okay."

Nicole left the ward.

That was when Samuel called. He asked in a low voice, "Where are you? Hospital or home?"

"Hospital."

"I'll pick you up."

"Alright."

Nicole hung up the phone. Samuel arrived very soon.

Nicole got in the car. Noting the gloomy look on his face, she knew his questioning of Elvis might not go

very smoothly.

"Elvis didn't cooperate?"

"He did. It's just that the Una thing is a little tricky. But I will take care of it. Don't worry."

Samuel didn't want to involve Nicole in Elvis' shit anymore.

Nicole nodded.

She gritted her teeth and said, "Samuel, I need to talk to you about something."

"What is it?"

"I want to start a film and television company."

Samuel paused at Nicole's words.

"You want to start a film and television company?"

"Yes."

"Something went wrong?"

Samuel knew Nicole was not interested in movies and television at all. Since she brought that up all of

a sudden, something must have happened.

Nicole shook her head. "No. I just want to start a company like that. What? Are you worried that I can't

do it well?"

"No. I was just a little surprised. Besides, your design competition is coming. Will you be overwhelmed

if you set up a company now?"

Samuel was right.

Nicole gritted her teeth and said, "I'm not participating in the design competition. I'll consider it next

time."

"What?"

Samuel knew better than anyone how much Nicole had committed to the competition, so he was so

shocked when hearing her sudden decision about quitting.

"Nicole, what's wrong? Tell me the truth."

"Olivia wants to be an actress. But without resources or supporters, she can't get anywhere in the

entertainment industry. Samuel, she is stubborn and refuses to be defeated. It is not easy for her to

borrow money from me to make ends meet. So, instead of standing by and watching as she gets

rejected or even runs into trouble alone in the industry, I would rather go with her."

Nicole explained her plan.

Samuel watched Nicole and the determination in her eyes. Suddenly, he let out a smile and asked,

"You've made up your mind?"

"Yes."

"No regrets? Do you understand that the car design competitions are not held annually? If you give up

this opportunity, you may not be as talented as you are now the next time. Even so, you don't regret it?"

Deep down, Nicole felt it a pity.

She loved car design and had dreamed about being successful in the field. But plans can't keep up

with changes.

She couldn't watch as Olivia struggled alone in the mess of the entertainment industry. She could help

Olivia.

Besides, it is not that Nicole couldn't succeed in the entertainment business after leaving the design

industry.

With that in mind, Nicole took a deep breath and said with relief, "If there is such a day, I could only say

that I'm not suitable for designing. I won't blame anyone. I just hope I can do what I want to do."

Seeing that Nicole had made up her mind, Samuel nodded.

"Alright, it's good that you've decided. How much money do you need to operate? I'll have Ernesto

prepare the money for you. Take as much as you need. Don't hesitate."

"Sure. You're my husband, and you're so influential. How could I not have you as my backer? I'm not

Olivia. Of course, I'll make good use of such resources. Don't worry."

Nicole beamed at Samuel's agreement.

Samuel did not object, but he was a little worried about Nicole and their baby.

"You shouldn't work too hard during your pregnancy. I'll transfer some employees from the secretary's

office to help you."

"Alright, set up the company for me first. We’ll go into detail later."

Hearing Nicole, Samuel teased her with a smile.

"You're not making Olivia a superstar, are you?"

"I do have that plan, but it won't work for the time being. We need to sign other actors and actresses to

beef up the company."

Samuel felt relieved to know that Nicole had her plans.

"I'll have someone take care of this. You should go back and take good care of yourself. You'll probably

be very busy in a few days."

"Alright."

Nicole did not refuse.

After learning about the Bushes from the hospital, Nicole had been down. Now that she saw Samuel

and knew that he was so supportive of her, Nicole's mood was lighter.

"Right, would you do me another favor?"

Nicole pondered for a moment before finally speaking.

"Hmm? You've been through a lot this morning without me. You seemed to be very busy this morning,

Mrs. Green?"

Samuel was joking, but he didn't expect Nicole to not laugh. Instead, she said evenly, "Keep a close

eye on Melissa and the Bushes. Don't let them leave the Seapolis City these days."

"What's going on?"

Seeing that Nicole was in a bad mood, Samuel was puzzled.

"Did they harass you?"

"It's fine. I've handled it. I know you gave them money and asked them to leave. I suspect that Melissa

has something to do with Jacob's car accident. I can't let them run away before I figure out what has

happened. No matter what the Bush family will do to me, I don't care. Since they have cut off their

relationship with me, why should I be kind to them? If Melissa does have something to do with the

crash, I won't let her get away with that."

Hearing her, Samuel frowned slightly.

"Melissa has something to do with it? What do you mean?"

Nicole repeated Melissa's sarcasm about Olivia.

"My men are not powerful enough in the Seapolis City, so I need your help. I know Jacob had the car

accident in a place without any security camera, but I don't believe there are no monitors at the

entrance or exit. Nor do I believe there were no witnesses. If we work hard, we will find clues. Jacob's

car accident is not that simple!"

Samuel narrowed his eyes at her words.

"If it was intentional, I will never let them off."

With that, Samuel drove the car back to the Green'.

Nicole and Samuel got out of the car. Just as they were about to go inside, they spotted a figure flash

past behind them.

"Who is it?"

Samuel was vigilant.

But the figure was too fast for him to have a good look at his face.

Suddenly, a loud bang sounded from the mansion before a mushroom cloud soaring into the sky.
