Chapter 1447 Did She Bother You?

Laurence frowned and thought for a moment. Picking up one pair of his underpants, he took another

pair of underpants bought by Cara and the diarrhea medicine, walking directly to Cara's room.

At this moment, Cara's door was locked inside. She was afraid that Laurence would ask her something.

However, as Laurence might not be at home now, there was no need for her to be so nervous. Only

then did Cara relax, lie on the sofa and pour herself a glass of water.

When Cara was drinking water, Laurence threw two pairs of underpants at her, causing Cara to choke

and cough.

"Do you think these two pairs of underpants are of the same size?"

Laurence's voice was clean and crisp.

Cara looked first into the window and thought to herself, Laurence came in through the window again.

She couldn't believe it.

"Laurence, are you a thief? Can't you use the door?"

"Don't change the subject. Answer my question."

Laurence looked at her indifferently and said word by word.

Only by then did Cara come back to her senses.

Cara flushed immediately at the sight of two pairs of underpants.

Probably she would never be able to look straight into underpants again.

"What are you doing?"

"I told you to buy it according to my size. Why did you buy me one of small size? Do you think I can

wear them? Do you need me to put them on now so you can see what's wrong?"

As Laurence spoke, he was about to untie his belt. Frightened, Cara jumped onto the sofa immediately.

"Stop! No one wants to see that."

Now Cara's cheeks flushed red.

There must be something wrong with Laurence, Cara thought to herself.

Why did he suddenly become so crazy?

She was still a young girl. But he forced her to wash his underpants and asked her to buy some for

him!

"Laurence, I warn you! I'm going to have blind dates. For the sake of my future husband, we should

keep a distance. So from now on, you should do all these things yourself. I will not do them for you

anymore. Take them away!"

Cara stammered while Laurence's eyes darkened with a fickle of disappointment.

"Who is your future husband?"

"I don't know, either. I haven't had a blind date yet. Perhaps I would attract a good man as I'm such a

kind and lovely girl. Take them away and leave my room. I warn you again! If you dare to come into my

room through the window again, I will..."

"Will what?"

Laurence took a step forward.

Cara was so frightened that she retreated, without realizing that she was standing on the sofa. Cara

immediately missed her steps and fell over into the arms of Laurence.

"So you want me to hug you?"

"I didn't say that!"

Cara was still in shock when she heard Laurence say this. She tried to push him away, but Laurence

had such great strength that she couldn't.

"Let me go!"

"You haven't told me who your future husband is."

Laurence asked casually as if he was talking about the weather with her, but Cara felt burning hot at

the touch of Laurence's strong hands.

"I already said I don't know. Laurence, let me go. I mean it."

Cara raised her leg and began to kick Laurence.

To Laurence, she was just tickling him. He didn't care at all. He lowered his head to kiss Cara.

"Oh..."

Cara was stunned.

It was her first kiss...

With her watery eyes wide open, Cara was like a startled rabbit, staring straight at Laurence, who was

right in front of her.

He kissed her?!

Why did he kiss her?

Cara kept thinking about this.

Laurence reached out his hand to cover Cara's eyes. Then, he continued to kiss Cara for a while.

Cara's mind went blank, she could only feel Laurence's soft lips and was about to suffocate...

Seeing that Cara was about to suffocate to death, Laurence let go of her.

Cara gasped for breath with her face flushing red.

Laurence smiled faintly and whispered, "Do you know now?"

"Know what?"

Cara's mind was still in a mess. She continued to stare confusedly at Laurence with her watery eyes.

Laurence was attracted. He immediately pushed Cara down onto the sofa, kissing her passionately.

Again!

Cara was at a loss and forgot to push Laurence away. She didn't stop him. She gradually felt dizzy,

without knowing that he kept kissing her over and over.

Finally, Cara fainted.

She was already out when he realized it.

Laurence smiled helplessly. Looking at Cara's untidy clothes and rosy cheeks, his eyes were much

darker, but he curbed himself.

Laurence lifted Cara onto the bed while he lay down beside her. After covered the quilt, Laurence put

his arms around Cara and closed his eyes. And then he also fell asleep.

When Cara woke up, she felt something unusual. Someone seemed to be beside her.

She was slightly stunned, and then raised her head slowly.

When she saw Laurence lying at her side, she nearly screamed out.

And she was hugging Laurence like an octopus. Cara flushed again at the thought of the scene before

she fainted.

Laurence kissed her!

So what does this mean?

Does Laurence have feelings for her?

Cara was tempted to ask him the reason, but she felt a little embarrassed.

Could it be that Laurence truly had some feelings for her?

But Laurence didn't say no when Mrs. Green proposed to fix a blind date for her.

Cara clearly remembered that it was Laurence who had gave her the photo of her date last time.

And why did Laurence kiss her if he had no feelings for her?

Cara was really upset.

She quietly moved off Laurence's body inch by inch, then quickly jumped out of bed and ran straight

into the bathroom.

Laurence woke up instantly. He stared at the bathroom door with his dark eyes and smiled faintly.

His phone vibrated.

Laurence checked the message and stood up reluctantly. He put the diarrhea medicine on the table

and left through the window.

While Cara was hiding in the bathroom, trying to calm herself down.

If Laurence woke up later, what should she do? what should she say?

"Hey, Laurence, are you awake?"

Cara performed awkwardly in the mirror, and then she felt strange.

"Laurence! Get up! This is my bed!"

She changed her tone, but she still felt that it was too domineering.

"How should I do?" Cara said anxiously.

Cara was so anxious that she grabbed her hair fretfully.

So why did Laurence kiss her?

He even didn't tell her the reason, which really upset her. Cara was afraid that she misunderstood him.

After hesitating in the bathroom for almost half an hour, Cara finally opened the bathroom door gingerly

and looked at the bed, only to find that Laurence was not there.

Cara breathed a sigh of relief, and she felt a little disappointed.

But Laurence left without saying a word! How could he do this?

Although Laurence did not do anything impolite to her, he shouldn't have left without saying anything.

At this moment, Cara was seized by a sense of disappointment.

In a romantic relationship, the one who first loses his heart would lose first.

Cara walked to the bedside and noticed that Laurence's watch was on the table. She had decided to

return it, but when she thought about their relationship, she finally gave up.

There was also a packet of diarrhea medicine on the table. So Laurence was here to give her the

medicine?

Cara threw the medicine into the drawer and sat on the bed.

She couldn't stop thinking about Laurence's kiss.

Laurence seemed to be such a cold fish, but he had kissed her so passionately. Cara's lips were still a

little bit swollen.

When Cara involuntarily recalled the scene before, she suddenly realized that she had fainted from

Laurence's kisses!

Holy shit!

So embarrassing!

"Oh!"

Cara tugged her hair again fretfully.

Will Laurence think she's a coward?

No!

She couldn't meet Laurence again these days.

At the thought of this, Cara immediately locked the floor-to-ceiling window and closed the curtains.

Hearing a sudden knock on the door, Cara was startled.

"Who is it?", Cara asked.

"It's Miss Clint. Mrs. Green wants you."

Cara was relieved to hear the words of Cara.

"Alright, I'll go soon."

Cara looked at herself at once. She looked untidy as if she had been ravaged by someone.

What should she do? she thought to herself.

Tomorrow Mrs. Green is going to fix a blind date for her. What would Mrs. Green think of her at the

sight of this?

After hurriedly changing her clothes, Cara went to the bathroom to tidy herself up and applied lipstick.

Cara came to Nicole's room with nervousness. She remembered that she had upset Samuel because

of her recklessness last time. This time, she knocked on the door and said, "Mrs. Green, I'm Cara."

"Come in."

Hearing Nicole's voice, Cara pushed open the door and got in. Only they were there.

Nicole was staring at her phone, wearing a serious expression.

Cara did not know what Nicole wanted from her, but Laurence had kissed her. Although she didn't

know whether Laurence had feelings for her, she thought that it was not the time to have a date. When

Cara was about to speak, Nicole asked her, "Cara, have you met Mrs. Miller?"

"Uh? Yes, at Evergrande Mall,"

Cara answered immediately.

"Did she bother you?"

When Nicole looked up to Cara, she noticed that Cara was wearing light makeup.

Although Cara seldom paid much attention to her dress and makeup, she looked pretty good with

tender skin.

Without realizing Nicole was in deep thoughts, Cara said hurriedly, "Don't worry, I can handle it."

"I don't believe that. I'll give you a task. Since you're free these days, why don't you help me find out

where Mrs. Miller and Dr. Miller are and who they've been in contact with recently?"

Nicole's words shocked Cara a little bit. Cara asked doubtfully, "Mrs. Green, did Mrs. Miller bother you

again? Did she make trouble again?"

"Not yet, but we have to investigate first. You can discuss this with Laurence, but I hope you can handle

it yourself. You know, Laurence has a subtle relationship with them."

Although Nicole put it mildly, Cara understood what she meant.
