Chapter 1408 Depend on Yourself

Olivia felt that Nicole was strange. She knew Nicole. Samuel might make her angry this time.

"Why don't you ask your husband how he's doing?"

That was exactly what Samuel wanted.

He pricked up his ears and listened. And Morgan was not allowed to make any noise or he would miss

his wife's reply.

But Nicole said indifferently, "Nothing. He'll be good with professional caring. By the way, what plays did

that star act in? I have nothing to do right now. I want to see something interesting."

"Rare thing! You, Nicole, actually have time to watch plays!"

Olivia knew that Nicole didn't want to say anything about Samuel.

Forgot it.

She and Nicole were friends. All Oliva wanted was Nicole to be happy. As for Samuel, since he irritated

Nicole, he had to endure Nicole's ignorance.

But to tell the truth, Olivia had not seen Nicole so mad for a long time.

Many people would express their anger, but Nicole wouldn't.

She would give him the silent treatment.

Moreover, Nicole would ignore everything of Samuel. No matter how much Samuel tried to pamper her,

it was futile.

Nicole would be super polite and even arrange everything properly, but she just would not talk to him.

Olivia felt a little sympathetic towards Samuel.

This would probably drive Samuel crazy.

Olivia smiled and was gloating.

Nicole saw Olivia's expression, but she didn't care.

She would not vent her anger to others. Oliva was still her friend.

"Are you going to tell me or not?"

"Alright. You became a quick temper when you came back from Country F."

Olivia complained, took out her phone, and searched for the show.

When Samuel heard that his wife changed the topic, he felt depressed.

He suddenly thought of something and let out a wailing cry, "Morgan, be gentle. It hurts! I'm bleeding!"

Morgan, who was standing ten steps away, looked at Samuel at a loss. Then, she understood

something and hurriedly said, "Mr. Green, you are seriously injured. Don't move."

"How is my wife? She got hurt too! I have to go see her. Help me up."

Samuel spoke loudly on purpose.

Olivia tried not to laugh.

However, Nicole paused and then said, "This play is still being updated."

"That's right. It's not over yet."

Olivia admired Nicole a little. She was too calm.

Seeing that his wife ignored him again, Samuel continued, "Hurry up and push a wheelchair over. I

want to see my wife."

Nicole yawned and said, "I'll watch it when it's over. I want to sleep now. Olivia, help me close the door

when you go out. I don't know if I lost too much blood. I'm dizzy. A little noise would make me feel sick.

"

Samuel's mouth twitched.

Did she mean he was bothering her?

Morgan could tell that. She didn't know if she should listen to Samuel.

Olivia repressed her laugh and felt out of breath. Then she coughed and said, "Alright, you should rest.

I will go back first. I will stay here for this time. You can call me if something happens."

"Alright."

Nicole smiled faintly.

Olivia got up and left the room.

Samuel was depressed. He didn't even have a chance to get out the door!

Morgan also felt helpless and was a little conflicted.

"Mr. Green, do you still need a wheelchair?"

"My wife said she wanted to rest! Don't disturb her!"

Samuel then closed his eyes in grief. Looked like he was asleep. But he felt terrible.

What should he do?

Was his wife going to give him up?

Samuel was unable to move now, so he barely could do anything.

Morgan didn't mind Samuel's reaction. She just needed to take care of him.

Nicole noticed that everything was quiet. She then took out her phone and browsed. Samuel usually

didn't post anything, but he sent out a tweet a few seconds ago.

The photo showed him lying miserably in bed. The post was "What should I do if my wife gets angry?

Waiting for suggestions."

Nicole ignored it.

Steven, Blair, and the others saw this and replied in surprise.

"Samuel, is it your account? How could that happen?"

Samuel saw Blair's reply. He became more depressed.

"Shut up!"

Steven understood what was going on between Samuel and Nicole. He smiled and replied, "Samuel,

just depends on yourself. We can't help you. "

"You know what is going on?"

Blair hurriedly replied.

Samuel was speechless.

Those sucky friends!

He looked at his phone almost every second or two. He found that Nicole did not give him a like, nor

did she reply. He felt anxious.

But Nicole said that she wanted to rest. She definitely didn't see it and would probably reply to him

when she woke up.

Samuel comforted himself. But suddenly, he saw that Nicole sent a tweet with a photo of the famous

movie star Miguel, and she posted, "This guy is so hot! My heart melt. God! I'm in love with Miguel!"

Samuel's face darkened.

"Who is this Miguel? Tell them that all films of this man are not allowed to be broadcast recently."

Samuel was jealous.

Nicole never said that to him! But she paid so much attention to an actor.

Something was wrong!

She didn't sleep at all!

Samuel felt hurt. Now, he realized how angry his wife was.

Morgan looked at Samuel's tweet and whispered, "Mr. Green, this Miguel belongs to Filmmaking

Company. If he is banned, Miss Olivia and Mrs. Green won't accept it."

It was another shock.

He couldn't disturb his wife's company. Moreover, Nicole was angry now. But her tweet was an

eyesore.

Right at this moment, Blair, who liked chaos the most, sent a message.

"Samuel, where did you hurt? Are you going to have a sexless marriage? Why did Nicole say that? By

the way, that Miguel was not bad."

"Bastard!"

Samuel felt that Blair rubbed salt into his wound.

He couldn't move and his wife ignored him, then what should he do?

Samuel looked at Morgan and whispered, "Do you have any medicine that can get me out of bed? Half

an hour, no, fifteen minutes would be enough."

Morgan shook her head helplessly.

"Mr. Green, I'm a doctor, not god. That medicine doesn't exist."

"Then get me out of bed or get my wife into my room."

"I can't help it."

Morgan refused.

She understood now that Nicole was in a rage. If she helped Samuel, she might get into trouble.

"Mr. Green, my stomach hurts. I'm going to the restroom. If you need anything, call me."

Morgan then ran away.

Now she finally knew why Jacob escaped immediately.

Samuel was almost depressed to death.

Everyone would be afraid of him before. But now, they all left him alone and even hit him when he was

down.

However, when he thought of Nicole's cold face, Samuel felt a little nervous.

This time, he almost lost his life. It was reasonable for Nicole to be angry. Maybe the best thing to do

now was to chill out with each other.

But if he didn't explain and admit his mistake, Nicole might not forgive him.

Samuel took out his phone and ordered flowers for Nicole. He also wrote an apology.

Nicole did not know what Samuel was doing. After she posted that tweet, a few friends started

discussing below. They asked her if she had watched his really great plays.

The common topic among women was the handsome guy. When Nicole saw this, she became

interested in this play. After searching, she started to watch it and threw Samuel behind her.

Nicole was a little stunned when she received the flowers.

"Who gave it to me?"

"There's a card inside, Mrs. Green."

The delivery girl did not expect that she would have the honor to enter the Green's. She was thrilled to

see Samuel's wife Nicole.

Nicole frowned and took a look. She then saw Samuel's name. Nicole smiled faintly and said, "Sent the

flowers next door."

"What?"

The delivery girl was a little puzzled.

"Just go."

Nicole smiled and looked approachable. The girl nodded and went to Samuel's room.

Samuel had heard it. His expression darkened when he saw the flowers.

"Can't you see the receiver on the card? Are you blind?"

His furious tone and expression scared the girl. She said with trepidation, "Mrs. Green asked me."

"Get out!"

Samuel knew that it had nothing to do with this girl, but he had nowhere to vent his anger. He had

bottled up himself for so long. He had tried everything to make Nicole happy, but all failed.
