At Room Elegante, Jace and Yoel were in the middle of putting down their order.

To Yoel, this was a rare opportunity. Scanning the menu in his hand, he asked the manager,” Does

Sage know how to make all the dishes on the menu?”

The manager had a smile on her face. “Sir, every single dish that you find on the menu was created by

Miss Sage herself. She was also the one who taught the chefs here personally.”

Yoel’s face lit up. “If that’s the case, I’ll have all of the dishes here, what do you say?”

Yoel wanted to try all of them.

The manager was rendered speechless.

This was the first time she came across someone who could eat so much.

Jace looked at Yoel with a cold gaze and frowned. “Can you finish everything if you order all of them?

What are you? A pig?” “I don’t mind being a pig if Sage is willing to cook for us.”

Yoel was willing to put aside his ego and pride for the sake of having a scrumptious meal.

Ignoring Yoel, Jace ordered several of their specialty dishes. “That will be all. Do you have any

specialty wine?”

The manager replied, “We have our very own rose brewed wine. It was created by Miss Sage. Would

you both like to try some?”

Jace’s eyes lit up slightly. “Sure.” “Have some tea and we will serve your dishes soon.” The manager

then left the room.

Yoel clicked his tongue and said, “Sage is a genius, isn’t she? She knows everything, even brewing her

wine. If I get myself a wife like her, I can stop working so hard, and just rely on her!”

Jace took a sip of the hot tea, ignoring Yoel’s remarks.

However, Yoel did not plan to let him off the hook. “So, I do have a question for you. Do you secretly cry

at night, regretting that you let go of an amazing wife?”

Jace quietly drank his tea,

It was Darjeeling tea. On the first sip, it tasted light with hints of sweetness but was later lamented with

hints of bitterness.

Jace did not cry but he did regret his decision,

Chapter 348

“What about you?”

Jace avoided his question but asked instead, “You’ve been in so many relationships , is there anyone

who made you feel regretful?”

“Nope. Dude, I was always the one either being cheated on or being broken up with.”

Yoel sulked, “Every time they cheated on me, they’d then blame me for not being able to give them

emotional security. Jeez, is it my fault that I’m good-looking? Even if I’m only looking at a street light

pole, they’d think that I’m flirting!”

Yoel thought that he was wronged so many times just because of his good looks.

Jace replied indifferently, “And who told you that you’re good-looking again?”

Yoel grabbed the cigarette box next to him and aimed it at Jace. Jace, on the other hand, caught the

box in his hand, took out a cigarette, and lit it.

“Did Sage leave us here because she’s cooking in the kitchen?”

Yoel was skeptical that Sage would be that ‘kind’ so he wanted to check on her. He asked Jace,”

Should we go help?”

“You’d only add trouble for her if you went. Just sit tight.”

Jace pressed the cigarette butt against the ashtray and got up onto his feet.

Yoel looked at him. “Where are you going?”

Jace replied, “To see if she needs any help.”

Yoel found his words somewhat familiar. He narrowed his eyes, “Aren’t you only adding trouble to her if

you went?”

“Nope,” looking at Yoel, Jace replied, “I’m leaving simply because I have got nothing to say to an

annoying man like you.” “…” Yoel snickered, “and you think you’d have things to talk about with Sage?“
