Everyone in the underground racing community had heard of Prince’s legend. No one

would miss the rose logo.

If the racer did not recognize it, the senior in the community would not call you ignorant. Instead, they

would immediately teach you about Prince and make you worship her!

Women racers were precious. A female racer like Sage, who topped the chart all year round, was a

precious treasure. They all worshiped her!

“It’s Prince!”

“Prince is back!”

“Prince! Prince! I didn’t expect to see you in my lifetime. Long time no see!”

Contrary to the noisy cheering on the racer’s side, two bystanders were whispering beside each other

while snacking on some seeds. “I didn’t expect Sage to be so handsome. She’s so high-profile.” Laura

looked at the mask on Sage’s face and thought it was too childish. She could not help but complain.

Luther gave Laura a handful of seeds, eating some himself too. “You’ll get used to it. The girl is a show-

off. She’s been amazing at flaunting her strength since she was young. None of us can win her in

showing off. She crushes us completely.” Laura snacked on the seeds and commented fairly, “Showing

off requires great skill. She’ll need a strong heart and the real power to do so. Sage’s speed earlier was

pretty fast.” “Of course.” Luther praised amusingly, “That’s why I came as soon as I heard she was

coming over here. I don’t want to miss it. You don’t know how cool she is when she drives. She looks

like she’s flying.”

Laura began to look forward to it. She became curious, “Hey, why is she called Prince here?” Luther

laughed and explained, “When I brought her here for the first time, she had just come from a costume

party. She was dressed as a man and wore a prince outfit that day. She didn’t bother to change and

came here. Initially, I brought her here for fun, but she went racing when my back was turned. She

didn’t just win but also set a new record. Many people didn’t know her name, so they called her Prince.

Soon, she became known as the Prince here.”

“I see.”

Laura nodded and tried to imagine what Kane would look like in a prince’s outfit. He would be

handsome.

“Why are you two snacking on seeds?” Sage came back only to see the two of them happily snacking

on the seeds. She urged, “Don’t throw the skin everywhere. Everyone is responsible for protecting the

environment.” “I know. I have a garbage bag with me.” Luther took a plastic bag out of his pocket. Both

of them threw the skins into the bag.

Sage told Luther, “Luther, I’m going to take Laura for a short ride. You can help me bet on the

winning. Don’t bet too much. About a million would do.” Laura widened her eyes and asked, “Are you

guys betting money?” “It’s just for fun.” Sage reassured her, “It’s for charity. We’re not breaking any

rules. Relax.” After that, Sage started the engine, and the car whooshed out. Meanwhile, in the

hospital’s ward. Jace just received word from a friend at the police station. “Sienna was released on

bail. She got on the plane to Salem City.” Jace’s eyes darkened. He asked in a deep voice, “Who made

the bail?” On the other end of the phone, Cole Jennex lowered his voice, “Chief Wale personally came

to release her, using the lack of evidence as a reason. I bugged him for half a day about it, and he

finally told me that the order came from the higher-ups.” Jace frowned harder. His tone became

unpleasant as he asked, “Which higher-up?” “He wouldn’t say, but I sent someone to follow Sienna.

She was put on a plane straight after she was released on bail. Sir Von from Provincial City personally

came to pick her up. Piece it together yourself.” Jace’s eyes narrowed, and his mouth set into a tight

line,
