The first thing that Sage did when she came to Yuriel Group was to install CCTVs and
audio pickup devices.
The company was enormous so Sage was not able to cover every single area. Unfortunately, she was
able to pick up the audio where Mister Holmes was seen bad–mouthing her.
Mister Holmes‘s voice was heard loud and clear in the video.
Henry was immediately enraged by how Mister Holmes was bad–
mouthing Sage. He stood up abruptly and said, “How dare he badmouth Sage like this?!”
Zachary was still irked by Mister Holmes‘ attitude. Anger thrummed in his veins as he heard Mister Hol
mes‘s voice again through the video.
*“If it wasn‘t for Sage who stopped me, I would‘ve ripped off that stinky mouth of his!”
The siblings were about to rush out the door. “Stay there.”
Sage stopped them. “Sage,” with a straight face, Zachary said, “you might not be bothered by this but
we are!” “I‘m the one being bad–mouthed but why are the both of you so enraged?”
Sage looked nonchalant on the outside but the truth was, anger already stirred within her. She was alw
ays praised by others and no one dared to badmouth her.
She
was cyberbullied on the internet after the plane incident and she resisted every fiber in her being not to
start a fight on the internet.
She was not the type to care about what people think or say about her but she would not allow others t
o insult and step all over her.
Hence, it was impossible that Sage was not angry.
“He has a grudge against me and I don‘t want to settle personal matters in the company.”
Looking at Mister Holmes in the video, Sage narrowed her eyes and said, “Since he‘s already all beate
n up today, go on and finish what we started. I don‘t want to make two trips to the hospital.”
Zachary and Henry looked
confusedly at Sage. They did not understand what Sage talked about. But Louis, on the other hand, un
derstood Sage right away. “Noted ma‘am. I‘ll see to it right away.”
“Do a clean job and don‘t leave any traces.”
“Yes, ma‘am.”
It was when Louis left the room that Zachary and Henry came to their senses.
It was unacceptable to allow fights in a company and Sage did not want Mister Holmes to use this as le
verage against her. But it was an entirely different case if they were to settle this outside the company.
Sage could do whatever she wanted to Mister Holmes.
“Being impulsive would not solve any problem.”
Looking at the boys, Sage went on, “Ever heard of the saying better to offend a gentleman than a villain
? What I‘m trying to tell you is that when dealing with people like him, you should not go head–
on against him.”
“And what‘s worse is to let him have leverage against you.”
She then glanced at Zachary and said, “You should be thankful that you‘re one of the Yuriels, if not, he
would have taken no mercy on you.” Zachary hung his head low. “Alright now, stop standing there
and get back to your work.” Sage said to Henry then turned to look at Zachary, “As for you, turn around,
walk toward that wall and face the wall.”
Zachary wanted to say something but he swallowed back his words at Sage‘s cold glare. With his shoul
ders slumped down and his head hung low defeatedly, Zachary walked to the corner of the room and fa
ced the wall.
Sage exhaled softly as she thought to herself that it was not an easy job to educate kids.
However, at the thought of how Henry and Zachary stood up for her, Sage felt a rush of warmth in her ch

So, what if Zachary was one of the Yuriels? Zachary ended up having to apologize to him anyway. So, w
Holmes was irked by the fact that just because he was not one of the Yuriels, he was not appointed as t

Holmes swore to make their lives difficult.
Humming to a song, Holmes walked toward his Porsche. Just when he was about to open the car door,
The car shook violently for quite some time.
Holmes was about to pass out from all the beating but he could not shout for help because his
mouth was stuffed with his socks. He tried resisting but he immediately felt the
coldness of the knife against his neck. He then heard a low and hoarse voice whispering into his ears, “W
off.”
