The hospital wasn’t too far away from the production set. Dean could even be seen walking out of the

hospital in crutches when Sage arrived.

His manager Ryan and his assistants were all pleading with him to stay, but he couldn’t be stopped.

Jim carried his black backpack and stood near Dean. He knew he had no way of stopping his brother,

so he decided to follow him closely to take care of him.

Everyone kept quiet as Sage appeared. “Miss Sage!” They all greeted her with relief, their savior was

finally here!

Sage walked over and behind her there was a flock of bodyguards. It looked terrifying. “Miss Sage,”

Jim greeted her as he thought she was going to take his brother down.

Sage did. Dean deserved to be punished for not listening to his doctor, but he cooled down after he

saw Sage.

She gave Dean a onceover and said, “Not bad at all, you’re recovering well since you’re able to get

down from the bed so quickly.”

Dean could hear the mockery in her tone. He pursed his lips, “Miss Sage, I don’t want to quit acting in

Ocean Deluna. I’m not willing to give my character up.” Dean sounded polite but it was obvious that he

was a little angry about it, it was as if he blamed Sage for not letting him know earlier about the role

change.

If not for Xavier telling him he’s coming to Ark Town for the role of Johann, he would not have known

that Jaxon had replaced him for his character Erik.

Jim pulled on Dean’s shirt to remind him not to speak to Sage in such a tone. Sage was the one who

nursed him back on his feet, and Sage must have had her reason for the arrangement.

Sage wasn’t mad at him, she spoke lightly, “You want to go back now? Fine, do a backflip. if you’re able

to do a backflip, I’ll let you go.”

The atmosphere quieted down. How could Jim perform a backflip when he couldn’t even stand on his

own two feet well? Sage was asking too much of him.

Dean passed his crutch to Jim, “Hold this for me.” He was about to prove himself.

Jim anxiously said, “Don’t do that, brother!” Sage shook her head helplessly, and she tilted her head to

Jim and asked, “Is your brother dumb?”

Jim shook his head and answered earnestly, “No, he isn’t.”

Sage laughed at Jim’s silly response. Seeing as Jim couldn’t stop his brother, Sage signaled for her

bodyguards to hold Dean down and to send him back to his ward.

The hospital room’s atmospehere was solemn.
