Julian was extremely embarrassed as he stood right there with his frozen face. Yeva was displeased
with Sage’s attitude toward Julian and reprimanded her, “My husband’s talking to you. Are you deaf?
Don’t you know how to respect others?” Sage looked down and said, “What do you call me?” Yeva
immediately softened and said, “Big sister.” She could not believe she just said that. She wanted to bite
off her tongue. Sage nodded and asked her, “Are you coming to Leah’s graduation today?” “I’m busy
today, it’s our wedding registration today!” Yeva felt overjoyed talking about this to Sage, and she
smirked, “he likes you but chose to marry me instead. I could only say, fate brought us together. Please
don’t be jealous, big sis.” “I won’t,” Sage said, “hope you’re very happy.” They were match-made in
heaven. It was good that they got together, to not harm the others. Hunter came to fetch Sage, and off
they went to Sunrise University.
Sunrise University is the best college in Salem City. It was also ranked top ten of the national
universities. Sponsored by excellent alumni like Hunter himself, the facilities and environment were top
of the world and had a positive vibe.
Sage never had a chance to attend public schools. She asked her tutor when she was a kid, “Teacher,
why must I be homeschooled? Why can’t I go to school like everyone else?” Her tutor caressed her
head and said, “Geniuses are often lonely.”
She did not understand what her tutor meant by geniuses, as her brothers were all the same. Until one
day she followed her father to an academic seminar at Sunrise College, and she got bored so she ran
away. She went to a mathematics class and the professor assigned a problem on the board for the
students to solve.
They were all complaining about it being too difficult.
Difficult? Sage did not think so. Little Sage walked into the lecture hall and walked up to the podium.
She picked up a piece of chalk and started writing down the answer on the board with a stool, as she
was too short. She was only 10 back then. Her baby face, with big clear eyes, staring down at a bunch
of astounded college students. “Where did this little girl come from… Professor, did she get the right
answer?” The mathematics professor was overjoyed and he lectured his student, “Look, even the kid
could solve it. What are you guys doing with your brain?” “I’m not a kid,” Sage said with a proper tone,
“I’m already ten years old.”
Only ten years old. The students felt defeated. They hit their chest and surrounded her, pinching her
cute little face.
“Where did this little genius come from? Such a dollface, so cute!”
“She must be a genius! How much is your IQ level?” “Little girl, spare me your intelligence!”
